This is a tribute to the beautiful, Italian Academy Award winning Sophia Loren. She won the Academy Award for Best Actress in 1962 for the film "Two Women" and it made her the first artist to win an Oscar for a foreign-language performance. I recall her telling a story about the beginning of her career. After placing second in a beauty contest in Italy, she had expressed some interest in travelling to Hollywood to pursue a career in acting. She was told great, but perhaps you should get a nose job and be rid of your big nose! She decided, she would go to America and if they did not appreciate her "Pinocchio nose", she would simply just come back home to Italy and do something else!! Enjoy!
