Eligibility requires: 500 subs plus 3 public uploads in the past 90 days plus one of the following: either 3000 hours watch time in the past year, or at least 3Million Shorts views in the past 90 days.
So you need three things, the only alternative being Watch time versus Shorts views.

There isn't any "chat" feature in Google Maps. If the person who posted the review is a Google Local Guide, they maybe have a public profile with more reviews. But there isn't any option to contact someone.
Hi! I made a mistake with the age in the account and I had to install Family Link so as not to lose it. I ended up correcting the date of birth, but Family Link deleted our UA-cam channel with 469 subscribers and 75 videos (which we didn’t even save on our phone). Please help me with this problem, otherwise 4 months of success on UA-cam flew into the wind 😭...
I'm sorry to hear that happened. You should have been able to verify you were old enough to have an account by submitting an ID or credit card information. If your age was younger than the minimum age for your country when you started supervising the account using Google Family Link, that would have caused the associated UA-cam channel to be deleted. You might try contacting Google for Families support to see if there is a way to fix this: support.google.com/families/gethelp
@@PeggyKTC Yes, it's sad, despite the fact that I personally did not want to delete the channel. I already managed to correct the age, the videos were shown as restricted, but in any case, can you check the status of our deleted channel? ATP in advance)
