I am really a big fan of you Mato.. a big love from India.. I already completed watching your all videos and I'm still watching same videos.. you are forever❤️❤️
Mikhail Tal's games tells that chess is an art... Brilliant moves, fantastic sacrifices of pawns and pieces, and the greatest king hunter of all Grand Master... Thanks mato for another Tal's amazing game you've shared...
MAto/// Hi.. Its me Leone Verte.. I just want to say that youre comments - is like @air.. FAST and understandable without moody analizng every move in 10 variations and explain the position in all variations... But youre stile of teaching and showing us this brilly-shedevors is amazing.,,! DANKE MATO// Keep going Bro.@
Fischer is my idol for such a long time already, but having watched several games of Tal, i would like to believe that they are of equal talent. Just sharing my humble opinion.
Funny. When Mato asked at 2:06 "what is the best square for the bishop?", I was like "well, I would have to think about it a bit. However, I think the bishop may have gone to take the pawn on e6. Just because that's something I think Tal would do.
A piece for two pawns, a tempo and exposing the king is a decent compensation sometimes. I saw the sacrifice straight away. Now... if only I could stop the unintentional "sacrifices"
TAL was the first alien in our world recorded in chess notes. his moves are out of the world. he is one of his kind. nowadays we see very boring games from carlsen and all, only karuana tries to bring back TAL at times
The bishop sacrifice is quite common in the Sicilian Najdorf. Tal continued his attack with precise moves and the belief to checkmate the opponents king with reduced material.
That variation at 4:05 - Wouldn't Nec7 fork both rooks? And even if Rc8 to pin the knight, you would take the rook on A8 and be up on material by the end of the exchange.
if you wouldnt sacrifice the bishop then instead you could consider playing f2-f3 instead of Rf1-e1. Its much safer and stronger central structure, with all your pieces being free to move wherever you want, and it costs only 1 move, where Re1 doesnt cost a move(since you are develpoing a piece), but weakens f2 and removes f2-f4-f5 attacking possibility(among other things), basically its an inferior move to f2-f3 with exception that you get an extra tempo. So if you dont go for sacrifice bishop vs 2.5 pawns(or something similiar) youre losing most of your initiative.
Your videos have changed my perspective on chess somewhat, never played official chess or something only personal friendly games. Always thought it was more about how many pieces you had and trying to corner pieces to take them at low cost, but this is all trivial. I see now that I always played way to defensive and lost a lot of games due to this. Only 2 things appear to matter the most, developing all of your pieces into open play and exposing the king of your opponent by knocking down the defenses or not allowing him to protect his king. Very interesting, will try to play differently from now on.
You pretty much have to sacrifice the bishop, its for 2-3depending on variation(lets say 2.5 pawns) and bringing the king out in the open is totally worth half a pawn, especially since white have lead in development. Doing passive move like Bishop b3 is a mistake i think, he will trade all he can trade and castle, and your lead in develpoment will dissipate into thin air. Black would have won the opening this way. This lead in development its going towards possible sacrifice out of the opening.
Tal has taught me to disregard the safety of my pieces. let those bastards die for the cause. just recently trapped my dark square bishop to open up a massive advantage for me killing pawns and regaining pieces i've lost already. it's fun now because I don't care whether my pieces live or die
of course NOT, Mikhail Tal was the Greatest attacker in the Chess history. Mato simply explains those matches because some people don't understand advanced chess matches like this one
I like the way Mato's mouse clicks. It is a very satisfying click.
To me it is like the sound of the pieces themselves as they move and it has become a vital aspect of Mato's videos.
..and the arrows.
Exactly 🤗🤗
Orgasm clicks.
I am really a big fan of you Mato.. a big love from India.. I already completed watching your all videos and I'm still watching same videos.. you are forever❤️❤️
I wish I could see a Tal vs Carlsen game. Tal will always be my favorite chess player.
You are lucky: ua-cam.com/video/7gugUf8IEXE/v-deo.html
MatoJelic Isn't that the troll game you posted for April fools?
Tal might could win 2 out of 10, but I'd love to see it, no one could calculate with Tal
+Chris c-k Its the truth~
2 wins for Tal, 7draws and 1 win for Carlson.
Mikhail Tal's games tells that chess is an art... Brilliant moves, fantastic sacrifices of pawns and pieces, and the greatest king hunter of all Grand Master... Thanks mato for another Tal's amazing game you've shared...

Your commentary is awesome Mato ..
I'm a big fan of you ;)
Specially if it's made on Tal's chess games
I still love to watch those videos on TAL's games ..
Thanks for posting!
Excellent choice of a Tal game... My new favorite
Great game and another demonstration of Tal's attacking genius.
great 'guess the move' for a Tal game. Great sense of humor Mato
Tal's attack is something that Spassky and Fischer used to be too careful than necessary and most of his sacrifices were as legendary as himself.
A piece for two pawns, a tempo and exposing the king is a decent compensation sometimes. I saw the sacrifice straight away. Now... if only I could stop the unintentional "sacrifices"
Tense game, like in soccer: 1:0, 1:1, and in the 85. min 2:1, and 3:1 in the 87th minute.
Nice goals!!
Tal's games are so satisfying to watch

Tal's moves are way out of our imaginations😢 😂... A True Champ he was 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Tal is the most exciting player!
Man I love tal style. This is how I want to play.
Beautiful game!
More Tal...must have more Tal...
Learning learning and learning. Until I get big maad!!
That variation at 4:05 - Wouldn't Nec7 fork both rooks? And even if Rc8 to pin the knight, you would take the rook on A8 and be up on material by the end of the exchange.
Thanks so much Mato, can we see more Tal games please?
Tal style is the best ever!
Красивая атака по центру, все фигуры участвуют
I would have sacrificed the bishop too...IF ....I knew how to play further like Tal.
i think that damn Tal can fight out of anything
Mato is simply the best.
As soon as I saw Tal I knew I wanted to see this.
Tiflis....to correct the name of the city. Great match Mato, I like so much your vídeos...goodbye, ser you soon
What is the best square for light square bishop? Set here e whole time hoping he doesn't say e6 even though it's tal and I know it's going to be e6
Can someone explain why white is in advantageous position at 6:22?
+burhan bozkurt White would be up a pawn
tal the greatest attacking player...
Would I have made a sacrifice as Tal did? Not unless I could calculate further than I can at present.
More Tal:-)
Why didnt Tal play 32. Re5 instead of 32. Re4 ? Can someone answer this for me plz ?
at 2:22 i new the bishop was going to go to E6
My poor, poor Polugaevsky! I'm just glad he didn't try to play the Polugaevsky (7. …b5) against Tal!
Nice
5:09 I can see the dust settling. blood all over the board. ooooo eee
What a player..
MatoJelic. We have reached a critical position :) kidding. best chess videos on youtube. every game explained within 10 mis.

more of tal plz, in his time, tal WAS famous for chess, but now, can you guess the killer sentence? now....tal IS famous for MATO

Watch the games of Paul morphy...the true level of positional and tactical sacrifices.
well put

Hi mato..you're speaking like godfathers😉😁
Who is the ONE PERSON who disliked this beauty?
The ghost of the guy tal humiliated in this game lol.
I like mato,he is genious
I wonder what a modern computer would think about the bishop sacrifice...probably unsound, but such is the genius of Tal.
Mikhail Tal had white pieces and started with E4. Black resigned.
Tal was the greatest ever among others like Emanuel Lasker and Paul Morph
If Tal has white pieces, i resign. then again i'd resign regardless...
lol😂
why do the Grandmasters resign before checkmate, is it because of etiquette? maybe a form of respect for not prolonging the lost game?
Its to show respect if I am not mistaken.
Tal has taught me to disregard the safety of my pieces. let those bastards die for the cause. just recently trapped my dark square bishop to open up a massive advantage for me killing pawns and regaining pieces i've lost already. it's fun now because I don't care whether my pieces live or die
yellowdart6666 Great story, now show us the game when Tal sacrificed his bishop to capture few pawns.
Neke partije ili pogresno prepises ili ja crni los, ima kraljicom da jede konja
Tal is the best ever!
Tal...Mato...what is there not to like?
More chess....more TAL......:-)
Is this real life?
No it was taken from anime and stuff
Or is this just fantasy~?
of course NOT, Mikhail Tal was the Greatest attacker in the Chess history. Mato simply explains those matches because some people don't understand advanced chess matches like this one
Jaja. That's cool :3
I go to places. Not reality, but places.
