Confidence and feeling strong within does not exempt being polite, kind, staying in the moment and staying calm in your mind and relaxed in your body and detached so that you are focused on any conversation or situation that you remain aware of.
It so easy to meditate listening to your voice. No ads and no music makes it even more perfect. I feel like there is you who totally understands me and knows how to calm my noisy mind and make me be at peace. I am an Indian, listening to you since around 15-20 days and i can see visible changes in myself wrt having patience, anger management and now i am not reacting to situations rather responding. Thanks for introducing me to meditation. thanks for being there mr anonymous.
I'm writing it out here. I was doubting myself these days for like even small situations but after this, i can let those thoughts pass and not ruminate over them. Moreover, my highest version is confident in my decision making because she trusts herself more than anything in this world. ❤️ Thankyou
For me, this meditation brought home the underlying question of courage. I believe that deep down within us all we have to conquer our feelings of fear. And the fear of death is primary. I do not want to "preach" to anyone. There are people a lot wiser than I am....The drawbridge pictured for this meditation reminded me of my own trepidation to cross a rickety, old, unstable drawbridge above a deep canyon which I then proceeded to cross. We all have bridges to cross. To all who read this, I wish you well.
This is just next level meditation.. Deidentification of self image is the best way to make yourself most worthy and deserving. It's just an marvelous way to change bad visualse and bad experience declutter or deidentify thank you so much for this beautiful meditation

It occurs to me now that I developed anxiety because I did not take the time when I felt the "conflict" to question and resolve the situation as described in my comment of 3 months ago. I am not certain of why DTM highlighted the word "myself". I will now from now on try to be aware of "conflict" and try to understand and resolve the situation to my own satisfaction. ADB,MD
