clara is so ridiculously underrated... her aoe damage is off the charts considering her attacks are only limited to enemy attacks, not her own speed
That is why she is good in moc but goes on a different level in pf

I was so confused why does my Clara not deal any damage compared to urs. Just opened my HSR and realized my Clara lightcone is level 69 RIPP.

E2S2 with full physical dps build. Crit rate on Body.No substat speed on pieces with attack bootsThats basically it. The reason shy i have no speed is because of the trotter and sparkle turn manipulation.
