I have a question, does this banner not work for new accounts? Ive rolled 13 new accounts for this hero because I want to test her but I have only pulled 1 BANNER hero, all the rest (the other 12) have been just randoms, and I'm so confused as to why.

Dunno if it's just me...but every time I've pulled on the increased chances, even when I got a Leggo it's never been any of the featured.
