Hey Tom I love all your vids, I'm using the 30day grip challenge for 3 days a week of hand gripper workouts. I wanted to know if you will continue the 30day gripper series and i would love to know the results

Excellent video, Tom! Got the medium and high hubs. Going to get them out and see what I can do. Probably start at a massive 5kgs! LOL

Hi i have a question if i want to lift a 45 plate by a hub how much i need to lift on a hub?

If it’s the mid version of our hub I would say the weight is very similar. It also depends on the type of hub on the weight plate you’re using.
      But I’d say around 20-25kg

Thanks can you tell me if I want to achieve the feat of lifting 45 plate by the hub. It's enough to training on the hub lifting or training on the plates themselves?for now i can only lift 25 plate with chalk

@Gods Of Grip how ya,whats the diameter on these hubs? i use static holds with10kg dumbbells ( anything heavier is to wide for me) at my gym for grip training

It's 10cm - That's actually a really good idea I do this sometimes with the Hex Dumbbells at the gym, they start getting very wide though 16kg+ so its difficult!
