Turning food scraps into compost & feeding the community! 🌽 🥕 🥬
ECO City Farms teamed up with Compost Crew, Prince George's Soil Conservation District & the Institute for Local Self-Reliance to create a composting network where they are helping keep wasted food out of local landfills. They turn it into compost which is used to grow food that is sold in a community-supported agriculture service.
