I really can't thank you enough for the excellent review. When you have access to bespoke makers and ultra high end shoes to it really means a lot for you to take the time to unbox such a small and new brand like mine. Your insights are most valuable and I will continue to work to offer the best shoes I can at a fair price.

Watching this unboxing again and now that I own 4 pair of Michael Darren I can say his shoes are quite good. Justin's assessment is spot on. They don't feel like blake stitched and look amazing and are very comfortable. I even had Mike do a custom patina on on a crust wingtip. And best of all, Mike is a really good guy.

Wow Justin! Glad you showcased this brand! This gentleman the MBShoe Doc seems very humble thru his videos. Thanks for sharing, but I’ve got to disagree with you on Ferragamo, their old school early 2000’s loafer style, but they do last and I think their leather is awesome! Also, I think their Tramezza line from even what you said on one of their blogs is superb👌🏼 Also, I’ve personally tried on and seen the leather quality of Santoni and it’s truly next-level and super foot conforming and this is coming from a 3E foot, but yes their price is way, way too high indeed. Your right though we definitely do have to support the small companies, but I’ve yet to come across any with the level of service you give!, especially the one’s from China, and I know you like their passion, but their service is great when they see a potential client, but they lack the humanitarian aspect that Justin Fitzpatrick has👍🏼
-Thanks again and good for this gentleman’s shoe line👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼-

Thanks Zohair! And yes Tremezza used to be really good. I had a pair that I loved. Not the same anymore though. Santoni is the same. Both companies CAN make good shoes but there is no profit margin in good shoes for high end fashion brands. They want to mark up lik 5-6 times. But glad that you enjoy the video

Absolutely Justin your right, the mark-up is way too high for the product they give you. I definitely can’t disagree with the true knowledgeable authority on footwear globally 👍🏼

In JF we trust :-) I'm enjoying your videos - bravo. This brand do look substantial for a Blake stitch. I'm generally not too much into patina, but I'm open to change. I agree with you on the stretches in some leathers: I have a vintage pair of Alfred Sargent split toe derby boots - the leather is very good but it does have a few stretch marks, which I think gives character.
    Look forward to more content.

Nothing wrong with blake stitch when its executed well. Might try a pair of these. I like how thick the sole is compared to other blake stitch shoes I have ( not many, most are GYW).
