- Sketch with me this little corner restaurant/bakery using ink and watercolor! Many requested for more real time videos so this one is in real time as well. Happy sketching!
Ps: my voice is weird in this one because my throat still won’t get back to normal after a long bout of cold T.T

Hi, Jillee. Thanks to you, I became able to try my best to drow. I believe that it's because your thoughts on sketching are very creative and free. I just wanted to drop by and say thank you. Please excuse my unskilled English.
That’s great to hear!💗
I have always loved urban scetching but never could find a style that felt like me. As soon as I saw your videos I said, YES that's it! I love your work and I've been binging on your videos. Thank you so much for sharing your talent and I hope mine will look half as good as yours! ❤
What a lovely tutorial……. and explanation as you go along! Like that you don’t talk through the whole tutorial so I can concentrate on the little touches you make. Thank you!
Thank you very much ❤️🥰
I'm heading on a solo painting trip to Amsterdam in a few weeks and am binge watching cafe paintings, this couldn't have come up in my feed at a better time, fantastic video and painting as always!
Thank you,and that sounds awesome! Wish I could do a painting trip to Amsterdam too😍Have a great trip!
This was lovely to watch on a lazy rainy morning, with a nice cup of tea. Thanks for sharing your work with us. It is beautiful!
Thank you! Glad to hear that🥰
Enjoying the real-time videos with instructions of what you’re doing and why. 😊👍
🎉 I’m always very excited for a new tutorial from you as they are always the one that turn out to be my favourites painting in my sketchbook ;)
Aww, that’s great to hear!❤️🌟
You definitely paint the perfect place to find comfort and home !! Your style is a perfect ten!!
Great job..I liked your style in paintings.🖌✒
Very nice, I'm just starting out and found your art. I love your style. Thank you for the great tutorial. Kind regards.
I wait for these. Thanks for doing them in real time. I love watching you work and the narration is really great. I am always worried that I am over working - listening to your purposeful approach on what to add/when to stop has been very helpful.
Thank you David! Glad to hear that ☺️
I have trouble overworking a piece. That is when I will ask for my husband to tell me if he thinks I am done yet. He is usually right
I really like how this turned out. At first that yellow was so very bright, but you balanced that bright color well in the end.
very beautiful painting Jillee, I love these French shops, so much ambience. I do hope you feel better soon!!
Thank you Laura! I am much better now, thankfully 💗

So enjoyable! I watched the whole thing!
Thank you 🥰
Love this! Thank you for sharing! This was a nice video to wake up to early Saturday morning to get the creative juices flowing! I agree that a drawing/painting says a lot about the artist. Not just personality, but the feelings they have while they are creating a piece.
My drawings happen in stages-light sketch lines, darker lines, final/ink lines on a cheaper piece of drawing or printer paper. Then I transfer the final drawing onto good art paper or into my sketchbook. I do this because I like my lines to be neat and flawless. I don't consider myself a neat person-as soon as I organize/tidy up, my stuff gets out of place very quickly! I do tend to be what people call "a perfectionist". So in my case, neat lines are because of my perfectionism. Which, btw, I am trying to break because I absolutely love loose, flowing, free lines like the ones you create in this video. I just can not allow myself to do it everytime I try, or I feel like it looks terrible when I do it. And my emotions also affect my drawings-colors, subjects, mood and story the painting tells usually reflect how people are feeling. I tend to draw florals, wildlife, ocean life, and buildings...so the colors and movement of the drawing/painting usually reflect my mood.
Hey there, thanks for sharing your thoughts on this! I do believe the best work an artist creates is when they are true to themselves/really listen to themselves, so I hope you do try it! Find what feels good💗☺️

This building corner is difficult to sketch because of the line details. But you made it look like so easy. I always enjoy your sketching and coloring. Very beautiful work.

Should be fun😎

U have to draw sth rainy with this pen))

Thank you ❤️😚
You gave me something to think about. Does our drawing style reflect our personality? That is very insightful of you. I think you are right.
Yes, I think the artworks that we make for ourselves or enjoy making especially, tend to reflect our personality to some extent ☺️
I kinda like your ceramic pallete. Where you get it
Bought that plate in Daiso Japan!

I wanna ask if i were to use sakura pigma micron in sepia color, to draw like yours, what point number of pigma micron should i choose? Is it .01 or .03 or .005 or which one?? Please enlighten me
I would say size 05 Sakura micron is pretty similar in terms of line thickness 😊
@@JilleeArts sure thanks for the info^^
Iam new to watercolor never handled it before can I start sketching like you cause I draw very well only the thing is that I don't color it cause I think I would mess it 😅😅
Sure you can!The most important thing is to remember to use a waterproof pen, and don’t be afraid of mistakes😊
Hello! I just found your channel fee days ago. And love your videos a lot! Can you please tell me the name of the pen that you used in this video 😊
Thank you! It is a TWSBI Eco pen, the Amazon link is in the video description
Yess 😄
Can I use acrylic instead of guouache?😁
Sure you can, but the effect will be quite different i think 😊
Which pen I have to use for painting??
A waterproof pen, any pen is fine, but the effects are different for each
❤⭐️⭐️⭐️❤
💗🌟💗
🇹🇷❤❤
I know you say your pen only draw properly from the right angle. But with most pens you get a thin delicate line when you turn it and write in reverse. Maybe you could try it on a test piece and see if it works for you..
Hey there, yes it does produce a thinner line when I turn it around and write in reverse, thanks for reminding! However, the ink does not flow properly when tilting it too much or sketching too fast, maybe because the nib is quite new or that’s just the way this nib is 🤔
I would like to learn
Hope the video helps!
Could you post the reference pic?
