Ingredients List सामग्री
Carrot - 500 gms
Water - 2 cups
Corn Flour - 3 tbsp
Sugar Powder - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
Wash and peel skin.
Cut into pieces.
Add chopped carrot into a pan.
Add 2 cups water.
Close lid and cook until carrot is soft.
Drain excess water.
Keep water aside to use later
Let it cool completely.
Take any type of Bowl/Plate.
Grease well.
Add carrots into a jar.
Make a fine paste.
Add 3 tbsp corn flour into boiled carrot water and Mix well.
Alternative - Arrowroot/Agar Agar.
Take a pan,Do not place on flame.
Add prepared Carrot paste in a pan.
Add Sugar powder.
Add prepared corn flour mix.
Stir continuously and cook until thick.
Add Vanilla Essence and mix well.
Cook until jelly consistency.
Turn off flame.
Transfer into greased bowls.
Tap twice.
Let it set for 3-4 hours in fridge.
