    Did you know that during second world war few thousands of polish refugees were settled in masindi? Until now there is a polish church and cemetery..... You may google for more info..

    Another brilliant trip! Worthy of a million likes. Please edit speed of playback to a slower speed for a better view of scenery. You did not add street descriptions as with other videos, overall a nostalgic one for Me. My Mothers-in-law reside in Masindi, I visited twice in 2019.

      Thanks, will do on the next one. There were no clear names on these streets and i dodn't spend much time around town to get the details from the locals but i will be having another trip for a longer period and i hope to get a more detailed video.

      Yes, i have some content from Fort Portal. However i will be revisting the city after it attained the status of Uganda's Tourism City & see some of the enhancement in the tourism attractions.

      Thank you! In Masindi, you can invest in accommodation for tourists plus there are several NGOs there so you can target services in that line.

      Hello Aniket, Masindi District comprises a total area of 9,326 square kilometres (3,601 sq mi). Yes it is a good place depending on what exactly you want to establish there. However it's neighbours one of the fastest growing district Hoima which is the new Oil City and this a positive sign that any strategic investment in Masindi will soon yiled much return.

      I am not sure what Masindi means or where the name was adopted from and none of the available online resources give a direct meaning. I will probably find out on my next visit to Masindi district.
