EV POWERED SPEAKER DRIVER REPAIR

Hi this is a video to show people how to repair their EV powered and also non-powered speaker driver, I know everybody has blown out a driver at one point in their lives and some people don’t know how to replace them or they don’t have the funds to get them replaced immediately but I felt as if I needed to give out the knowledge on how to replace it for cheaper than you would pay at a local music store or sending it back to the manufacture so I hope this video helps you guys out and if it does please leave a comment, leave a like and also subscribe

Great info! I have a Yorkville nx 20 passive speaker w/1' horn I'm getting a little sound from the horn but no sound coming from the speaker accept once in while but not all the time I hear a little quick short popping sound the speaker looks in great shape and all wires are connected. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for your time.

Hey buddy I have the same speaker but that piece you replaced works fine in my speaker
The problem I have is the bottom
speaker it won’t work at all
Question 1 ? How do I know it’s damage
Question 2? Where can I get the bottom speaker if that’s the case ?
( being damage )

Andy Smith sorry for the late response , but I heard a lot of mids coming through and sub and the highs would come in an out , until it was completely gone.
