I play basketball aswell but for me it makes it harder to go up to girls since I’m 6”8 I don’t wanna scare the girl by approaching her, even if a 5”6 guy comes off a bit weird it’s calm because they aren’t too threatening but I’m just too big haha

Being in sales most of my life, it's easy for me to approach or iniate. The smile is important, because it shows you're approachable. Keep in mind, women are often times even more shy and or as nervous as you are. As a man, you always want to be leading the interaction.
