Defferent Style Aaloo Palak ki Sabji......
Unexpectedly this recepe has attracted my attention, even though I am a year late in coming across your wonderful recepe and forwarding my comments.
I have prepared this dish only today ie 6th of May 2023 and this is a total HIT with my family.
There are a couple of things in your demo which I liked that had drawn my attention.
No blanching and grinding of Palak, which is washed, cut and used direct, thus retaining the original flavour.
Crushing of fried garlic and red chillies and blending with the onion and potatoes.
And not using Curds or Cream.
The simple trick of blending and adding the ingredients is systematic thus enhancing the flavour to a very Yummy level. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recepe 😋😋👌👌👏👌
