Sir, thank you so very much for taking us to Corfe Castle. I don't know if I will ever get to visit the UK in person in this lifetime. This was a delightful tour, pausing the vid to read the signs as needed. Only thing lacking was the tactile sensations of touching the ancient stones. Very much appreciate Sherpa & yourself taking us with you.
Sherpa was impressive the way he climbed all those steps at his age. He is so beautiful. Maybe it’s all the love he gets from everyone that keeps him going strong
Hey Jamie, I recall. some time ago, you said that when you found a house with a nice garden for Sherpa, that you were going to get him a PUPPY! Remember?? Well, you have a really beautiful place, with a HUGE garden, all you need now is the PUPPY! Love the videos! Keep up the good work.
Thanks for sharing the longer version! It’s so beautiful there, love all of the scenery and the ruins. I love seeing Sherpa in the stream, he looks so happy wherever he goes. Hope you’re having a Wonderful Wednesday! Hugs to you both 🐕🦺💙
Omg Jamie, what a beautiful castle, I’m so thrilled to see this🙏 Thank you and Sherpie for sharing such a great place🥰 Sending love and {{{hugs}}} w/belly rubs for the sweetest boi♥️💫✨👼🏻✨💫♥️🐾🐾🏰
Sherpa could still be sat waiting for his treat, Jamie😂😂stunning castle. Craftsmanship for the time is unbelievable. A very pretty village. Sherpa enjoyed his paddle after an enjoyable adventure ❤sending a hug to Jamie and Sherpa 🥰❤🥰🐾🐾🐾🐕
Jamie, I forgot to mention my cousin who lives on Long Island in NY is now on her 3rd (leased) Red Mini Cooper! She's never had a convertible though which surprises me, but they are always red because she's an Ohio State University Alumni and the university's colors are scarlet red & gray. Sadly, being a neat freak & obsessed with the cleanliness of her cars, I seriously doubt Sherpa's furry bum would ever see the inside of it!!! 😉🤣
Starting at 27:30 on the video, it almost looks like Sherpa is listening to the peaceful sound of the water while he replays the events of your outing in his mind. I feel he was thinking that today was a very good day!
Beautiful scenery on your new wonder at Dorsey. Jamie, Sherpa loves posing when you take his pictures at the most interesting areas. I love it, when Sherpa goes in the water. He is walking nicely, and not complaining. The ruins, at the Ancient Corfe Castle are very interesting. The view is spectacular. Sherpa, always meets new animals, people. Enjoy. Jamie, you have a beautiful day on this new wonder. 😀🌹🐾🌹🏰
Thank you for taking us to all these lovely places we can't get to in person - scenery, romantic ruins, history, streams, railways, and Sherpa! Thanks for the beautiful wander.
Sherpa was having a grand time in the cool sections of the castle & wading in the shallows of the creek! I can't believe he hikes all over the spectacular castle....what history! So beautifully maintained for all to enjoy! Love going on the tours of your historic county! Thanks guys!🏞️
The wonderful thing about Sherpa is how much he genuinely enjoys these new places..you can see the curiosity and joy in his eyes. He's the best company anyone would want !
Beautiful Wednesday morning. Sherpa and you find the most beautiful places to visit and how well behaved he is. How he waits for his picture. Love how you are always telling him he is a good boy. Love how he looked at the train. Thank you so much for sharing. How cute he sits and wait when you were talking to the gentleman. Have a wonderful day and my love to both of you. ❤❤❤❤
Please publish a book of the pictures you take of Sherpa on your trips. Beautiful dog in beautiful and interesting places. I would purchase one. I know others would, too
❤ He's both beautiful and a very good boy. And very well mannered. Love you Sherpa and your dad too ❤❤. Wish both of you a lovely rest of your day, and thank you for the extra upload friends 🤗❤️❤️😘
Another Beautiful day with Jamie and Sherpa exploring a Beautiful Castle !! Thank you for ALL the Wonderful Excursions to see 👀 many of the Georgous spots throughout your country what a Treat to be able to come along and Enjoy 😊 thank you have a Great Day my friends ☺️ 😊 Sherpa Loves ❤️ having his pictures 📸 📷 taken 😊 beautiful Boy
A fantastic review of your adventure in Dorset. Sherpa inspects LilRed and the wild ride can begin. The path to the castle ruins gives you an idea of the breathtaking building that awaits you. Sherpy and Dad are totally focused on this outing and are clearly enjoying every inch they explore.🥰 A wonderful castle ruin is waiting for you and I am absolutely delighted with this building. An all-round successful trip for me. Great video😊 Have a great Wednesday buddy💙👊
Now THAT'S what I see in my mind's eye of what a castle relic should look like. Large with a very long wall surrounding the property. Throwing treats in the creek: Looked like when you said to Sherpa, "All gone" he turned around went back in, and saying, "Go ahead Dad, I gotta find the one that got away".
Very pretty. The area is viable too! Seeing the train coming in was worth a 1,000 words. Can you imagine waking up to that scenery in the morning? Wow!!
Corfe castle is amazing i didnt realise there was so much of it and Sherpa did so well it was quite a climb for him and all the steps im glad he managed to cool off in the stream and play hunt the treat. Cute robin st the end😊❤
When Sherpa nose-butted that lady I had to laugh out loud. Your "Oh, dear." comment about the King Charles commemorative scarf made me laugh, too. That is one HUGE castle!
16:30 Oh no! I don't know if Sherpa needs a bigger head. If you give him any more ideas his head might swell. 😆 Of course, I'm okay with it, because I do like Sherpa and he's well behaved, so praise is well deserved. 😍🥰🐕🦺
I'm glad you mentioned Enid Blyton's books and that Kirrin Castle was based on Corfe Castle. I read these books as a child and just ordered a box set of eight books from Amazon. I'm excited to go back in time.
UK is so adorable. Everything so well organized, well maintained and beautiful. It causes a sense of well-being... I live in Brazil and here it's very rare to find a place that is not poorly maintained. I should have been born in the UK! :)
WOW...Very impressive! I can only imagine how magnificent it was back in its day.. with all the buildings still intact.. And that view!!😃😃 I cant imagine anyone - enemies - being able to sneak up on them, back in their time frame. And Sherpa managed all that climbing! He is going to zonk out when he gets home. 🤗🤗💗💗
I really do appreciate how well Sherpa did with the walking all the way up, and back down again, along with the stairs he had to manage. I bet the stream felt really good on his feet!❤
Wow another beautiful day with my to favorite buddies ! U both have explored the most awesome places. Glad u both share these views, lots of love & hugs to u both.!!
What a cool hike. So beautiful beside a meandering stream, that Sherpa got to investigate and ruins of a by gone era castle ! Thanks for sharing such a cool place!
Hey Sherpa, please ask Jamie to have a decent amount of full-frame pause time on the placards describing the historical places you visit. I know you can't read very well, but it really is nice for your subscribers who love you and your travels very much. Cheers form Las Vegas. ❤
What a Wonderful adventure. I enjoyed this. Sherpa seemed to be enjoying it as much as you were Jamie. The UK has some Gorgeous landscapes and scenery, Thank you for this. It was so refreshing
Beautiful blue sky at Corfe Castle. What a grand day you had. Lovely views as well. Keep up the educational and grand pictures. ❤ & 🫂 to you both. You both look so happy in your own home. Best wishes to you both. Bev, Montana, USA 🇺🇸
What a beautiful place. However I feel I’m not fit enough my knees will not let me do them steps x Tgank you to both of you for showing us this lovely piece of history xx
Hi Jamie, that was so beautiful. I could have stared at that cool shady stream for hours. I love how calm Sherpa is. He always enjoys the moment. You can feel he is content. He just wants to go wandering with you and sleep in his garden. You two have a really special bond.
Oh this is where you were in that gorgeous landscape at the end of yday. And the footage of the castle and photos. Talking to the hoomans about how he likes to talk...and howled bang on cue. The shots/footage of the castle from below are stunning. Definitely Game of Thrones vibes. Plus, they were primarily strategic military fortresses really, homes second, and in some cases city states, with the castle having its own boundary, but ordinary people, yes peasants living on the rest of the land. With the protection of the castle's owner, from having a city wall. As fortresses, having them uphill would have been the main advantage in war. It looks beautiful though. Even in ruins. Looks like Sherpa is happy 'splorin, and with the new sniff sniffs, plus checking out the view below- with the deer and the train. That was pretty cool. He's behaving well, too. I can't get over the size of the castle, and the view. It's stunning...but not as much as my fluffy boi. True beauty. 🥰😍😍😘😘😘😘😘😘💙💛💙🤚👊👊🐾🦇🤚
I bet you both were truly knackered by the time you were done; all those stairs. I know I was getting tired just watching you, but the views were worth it. 😊
Looks like Sherpa’s water therapy has helped. In your video he is just motoring along. In a couple of places he looked like he was pulling you along!😁💐
That takes me back a bit, I lived down that way in the 1970s, lots of history in Corfe Castle. Interesting how Sherpa drinks on the move and doesn't stand still to drink from the stream.
Thanks for up this video up of Corfe Castle. Really interesting I live about 10 miles away from it because I'm disabled it's not that easy for me to get out to place like that.
Wow! How very, very cool! As soon as I saw the picture of the castle, I thought: "I bet it was built by William I (aka William The Conqueror)", and yep. it was 🙂. This brings me to think, if one day back then, King William was walking around his new castle and thought; 'One day in the far-away future, the Esteemed Husky called Sherpa - accompanied by his Loyal Man-Servant, Jamie (☺) - will be following in my footsteps'. 😁😁😁
Sherpa did really well climbing all the steps but that was a great place the scenes were fantastic you always find the perfect places Jamie and Sherpa loved the water it would have cooled him down big hugs to you both.🐾🐾🐾❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so very much, Sherpa and Jamie. Totally simple and absolutely wonderful. The National Trust owes you a medal. Am wondering a bit about how the NT stops the rest of the castle from falling down? ❤️💙💜

Oh wow thankyou so much that's really kind of you 😊, I'll put it towards his next adventure Haha 💙
That was so sweet of you!
Sherpa was impressive the way he climbed all those steps at his age. He is so beautiful. Maybe it’s all the love he gets from everyone that keeps him going strong
For a coffee and a chickenball for you and Sherpa 😘🤗❤️. Much love from Denmark
Sherpa needs his own little album or “passport” showing all the wonderful places he’s visited. 🐾❤️🐾
No puppy on the way 😊

i would be one of Sherpas peasants, he is likely smarter than most politicians, and definitely more honest and trustworthy.
Sherpa is the most well-behaved boy! Gorgeous place Jamie. Thanks for sharing. 😊 note: you might need a stream in the New Garden.
Jamie, I forgot to mention my cousin who lives on Long Island in NY is now on her 3rd (leased) Red Mini Cooper! Sherpa would make a good tour guide he takes a interest in all the places he visits ❤❤❤
It's and old video. They haven't really started going on adventures yet. Too much traffic and too crowded 😊. But soon they will start again 😃❤
Beautiful longer version , thanks Jamie, Sherpa's hydro is paying off he took those stairs like a trooper ❤ 😊💙💙
It was wonderful to see Sherpa with the rebuilt Bullied Pacific No. 34028
It's cute how Sherpa takes in the view from the top of the ruins.
Thank you for taking us to all these lovely places we can't get to in person - scenery, romantic ruins, history, streams, railways, and Sherpa! Thanks for the beautiful wander.
Sherpa loves his Mini. Key has seen a Jaguar advert on TV and now he wants a Jag.
It was worth the steep climb up to the Castle. Yet another great photo to add to your collection. 💙💙
He’s quite the water dog! I just love watching him exploring and drinking the cool water. Ever the intrepid explorer…🖤🐾🖤
Corfe Castle definitely looks like Batdog's holiday retreat...🦇😊
❤ You, in trouble for saying something wrong, never my friend 😉. Jamie is always right ... almost 😅
What beautiful weather sun 🌞 and a beautiful dog who enjoys a great walk with his hooman ❤
Oh hurrah more Sherpa! Love his adventures.
Sherpa out and about being admired. All is well with the world.
Please publish a book of the pictures you take of Sherpa on your trips. Beautiful dog in beautiful and interesting places. I would purchase one. I know others would, too
Sherpa seems so much more active and eager than before your move. That new house was the best medicine you could have gotten him. He is a new boy.
I'm sure it's nicer for Sherpa to be in the grass and soft ground, but I love hearing his little tippy taps on the sidewalk and streets. 🥰
❤ He's both beautiful and a very good boy. And very well mannered. Love you Sherpa and your dad too ❤❤. Wish both of you a lovely rest of your day, and thank you for the extra upload friends 🤗❤️❤️😘

I have been looking forward to this video ALL day. Hate when I have to watch them later. Gorgeous, as always Jamie. Love from California. ❤️❤❤
His legs are in such good shape for his age. He's doing so good with the stairs. Beautiful ruins.
Heavens delight Jamie you must have been exhausted after that. I know I was and I am sitting down!
He IS beautiful! You're so right about that, Jamie!
Very pretty. The area is viable too! Seeing the train coming in was worth a 1,000 words.
Can you imagine waking up to that scenery in the morning? Wow!!
Sherpa has a jump in his step nowadays. He is aging backwards. ❤
Corfe castle is amazing i didnt realise there was so much of it and Sherpa did so well it was quite a climb for him and all the steps im glad he managed to cool off in the stream and play hunt the treat. Cute robin st the end😊❤

Enid Blyton based Kirrin Castle (in the Famous Five) on Corfe Castle.
I'm glad you mentioned Enid Blyton's books and that Kirrin Castle was based on Corfe Castle. I read these books as a child and just ordered a box set of eight books from Amazon. I'm excited to go back in time.
I just love how green the land is. Next to the blue sky and white fluffy clouds it's so lovely! ♥
❤ Yes. No sign saying no dogs allowed 👍❤
UK is so adorable. Everything so well organized, well maintained and beautiful. It causes a sense of well-being... I live in Brazil and here it's very rare to find a place that is not poorly maintained. I should have been born in the UK! :)

That takes me back a bit, I lived down that way in the 1970s, lots of history in Corfe Castle.
Interesting how Sherpa drinks on the move and doesn't stand still to drink from the stream.
Water! Have a drink Sherpa...PLOP !!! SPLOOSH !!!
The ancient corfe castle looks very impressive and very well designed.
Sherpa is the best tour guide
What a lovely day for walk and having fun too. I can imagine in the fall its even beautiful with all the fall colors.
Thanks for up this video up of Corfe Castle. Really interesting I live about 10 miles away from it because I'm disabled it's not that easy for me to get out to place like that.
Must be so frustrating. Family member is disabled and we constantly have to look at how we get to places, or whether we just forget it.
Wow! How very, very cool! As soon as I saw the picture of the castle, I thought: "I bet it was built by William I (aka William The Conqueror)", and yep. it was 🙂. Is a beutiful place. Thank you for taking us on a ride with you, it has been very exciting. Hug for both.❤

What a privilege it must be to be able to walk those same paths and touch those same stones that people did hundreds, even a thousand+ years ago. You and those who visit are most fortunate. It was beautiful! The sights and sounds were affecting. I hope it will always be as accessible to the public as it is now. Thank you for sharing. And good going Sherpa!!
