This time I take a look at Sofina/Karro in Malton.
Apparently, its illegal to fly a drone over the building and therefore they are calling the Police...who do attend and I had to correct the Constable on a few things that he said/did!

Next time before coming to an area bring along the paperwork which states the police procedure etc and show it to the police.
That has been tried and tested on numerous videos, do you seriously think the police or anyone else would take a blind bit of notice of what you show them? They don't or won't, as especially for the police, most times they have already made their minds up that some sort of crime has been committed, on the say so of the caller. They obviously don't know, but will happily make one up to suit the situation, and get what they want. That's how they roll.

The underlying reason that you cannot trespass the eyes (or the lens) is because the light came to you, not the other way around. People seem to think that somehow the camera is doing something other than intercepting photons that were already going to be there. All that matters is where the lens, yet electronic or biological, is located when it captures those photons. That’s why the general standard is that you must block the photons you don’t want seen/recorded from leaving your property in the first place by building a wall or using frosted glass.
