- Join me for a 40 minute intermediate pilates class that will give you a full body workout for strength, flexibility, great posture and muscle tone. This flow class has been created to challenge you, improve your cardiovascular health, muscle tone, strength and, most importantly , to help you feel amazing in your own skin. A great session if you're looking for a fun challnege with no pressure. I'll give you options and you choose what feels right for you. Great for pilates fans, teachers and students alike.

Catch up for me but loved it! ❤ I’m 70 so like to challenge my body so occasionally use modifications but felt body appreciated the full workout. Thank you Rachel as always a great class. 🙏 xx
Wow! I did all the standing workout with very little wobbling. I had to modify some mat exercises but just lost all my energy at 35 minute. I think I’m intermediate standing but still lots of work to do to get there on the mat. Had my annual checkup this past week. Proud to tell him I am now active with Pilates and walking regularly. Thank you Rachel.

What a wonderful workout. I really love the challenges, when come to do the roll over but when I put my hand down, it really helped me to go over. Need to do some more practices.
My body did great with the little mix up. Thank you very much. Love it❤.

Wow I just did the class ! The side leg lifts on the knees was very difficult for me. I did the best I could. Was able to get through the rest. Enjoyed the challenge, but had to stop a few times for water & to catch my breath. Have a great weekend Rachel & Kerwin& Boo.

Wow, that was an amazing challenge🥵, very pleased I could do it all, with adjustments, like holding a chair or wall, putting speed up to 1.25x during floor part - I appreciate your prompts and information, but balance/ataxia issues make long holds difficult. I will probably always need to put a hand on the wall while doing some moves, but hope to get stronger at longer holds - not sure if that’s possible with my deficits, but I’ve come a long way since I started following in May 2020!💪🏻🦶🏻🦵🏻😊❤

OH BOY, it was challenging indeed especially laying down with legs going back. I couldn't do that so I just try to Just keep moving as best as I can sweetie so I stay lifted, WOW HARD, but I enjoyed it!❤♥❤♥ oh you have live on zoom?! Is it like youtube?

Guess I need to do more of the hundreds as rollups so difficult for me…at 75 and when I was younger. Nay other problem is wrists for planks are on forearms. Thanks

Well Rachel that was definitely a challenging workout. Sweating and got the heart going. Standing exercises were no problem. Matt work I had to modify. I have shoulder and hip issues so I have to be careful. Especially just coming back from my back issues. The inverted exercise I did have to hold myself at the waist..but managed the exercises. You absolutely have to have some harder exercises because you have a wide range of people watching you. Not just old foggies like me 🥰
Some of the floor work was tough but doable❤
