Exactly right. The Set 3 tracks had a double set of rear treads only, the fronts were left off by accident. The new extra sprue is two sets of the proper front treads.
It has been a while, but i remember the Mark IV unique to the Paneuropean faction, had lots of missiles? Or I could be mixing it up with the missile tanks.
I believe the extra tracks are a fix for one of the Paneuropean Ogre's tracks being too long or something like that.
I did notice that, the tracks on the actual frame didn’t fit, but the “rodeo clown” extras did
