1. Candidate bahut patient that during the whole interview session, koi harbari nahi, physical appearance bhi bahut confident.
2.Candidate fresher hai, Zero Exp hai, par knowledge aur explaination level, expereinced balo se bahut upar hai.
Candidate should be SELECTED.

And I think if one candidate is very good on the particular subject and on the other side other candidate is good in presentation skills but not have good knowledge, toh phir maximum case me manager knowledge vale candidate ko select karte hai. Aisa Mera maana hai.🙏
But agar ek candidate ke pass knowledge or presentation skills hai toh uska selection 100 percent sure hai inn do candidates ke upar.🙏

@@Innozant bilkul sir selection hona chahiye. Kyunki candidate ne sabhi answer diye hai or inn sabhi Ka answer 10 me se se 1-2 candidate he normally de pate hai. These are top level questions and only few can solve this questions within the time limit. 100 percent selection hona Chahiye.🙏

I have a question Sir. We convert text to numbers by Data>Text to columns. But that works only for one column at a time. what should i do if i have 50-60 columns to convert into numbers ? Please guide.
Select all (ctrl+a) you may see yellow Icon on top left corner (The number in this cell is formatted as text) click on that and convert to Number
