Glad the dad is holding the kids responsible for thier actions. That is good parenting.
except the son doesn't really understand responsibility (excuses left, right & centre) and neither kids have any respect for who they are speaking to.
Yes I get it... they are young but honestly it's a simple word "sir" or "judge" our "your honour" it costs nothing to say those words.
The son is called out for the excuse making and is held accountable each time he tries to make excuses. I think the judge does a good job of holding the kids to count, and educating them in a way that isn’t demeaning. I think that’s important. He shows compassion and understanding, while also holding the kids accountable. Judge Caprio has a lot of latitude with how he manages his courtroom.
@@philhunt9297 they aren’t young, they look maybe 18 or 19. I’m 19 and I have been to court and would never act like them to be honest.

Ya know what. There are places for rude, harsh , non forgiving judges. For harden, career criminals, and repeat offenders these judges, we need more of these type. For minor violations this judge and detective ( local prosecutor )are PERFECT. They keep things light ( as is the offense) respectful, compassionate and understanding all while enforcing the law and keeping the local city’s infrastructure and interest in mind. At the days end it’s about informing, educating and deterring the public from possible future violations and not to come down with an iron fist and to empty someone’s wallet
Since Summer 2018-19 i started to watch this "Caught In Providence" And i must say, that all these different videos i've been seen has truly helped me to learn always been honest, and honesty is always best way, i've never been to court. But it's a lesson anyway, i'm a driver to i past my driving test in November 2015. November 2021 is 6 year ago, and im proud to see all these videos and hear honesty from all these wonderful people and to watch the best judge Caprio.

Actually such Judges with his temperaments are really needed right there in Traffic or family courts, where low income people who need a break get summoned.
The higher courts are for the wealthy and criminals and lawyers in pin stripe suits

Now that is a kind/fair judge. The only time I have ever been pulled over, was due to a 2 week old expired tag. I got it fixed the day after I got pulled and still got charged $250. I wish I had this judge in the seat that day.

Passing a red light is unforgivable even if he's cute. Passing the red light consistently without hesitation! Judge is too adorable no matter what so I think these kids are going to learn a lesson simply by having been blessed to fall under this wonderful judge's sweet acquittal.
