Totally agree with your statements, Mills! Especially when you talked about "detoxing" from social media and other worldly stuff. By the way, can't wait for camp show this year! Bring on Summer '24!
I love watching your camp videos; you've inspired me to consider applying to camp! I'm just wondering, since I have autism and anxiety, would you recommend someone like me apply? I kinda want to but it seems a lil overwhelming so idk.
I'm going to be going next year. How much do you recommend saving, how do you keep the costs low and what do would you recommend packing? Love your camp videos! ❤
I would say at the minimum, especially if you want to travel afterwards, save at least £1000. I know that’s a huge privilege to be able to save but days off get super pricey, more than you would think, and you don’t want to feel held back because of your budget if your friends are enjoying doing an activity etc. I buy toiletries here and take them over usually and I try to also think about if I would actually use something again when buying things. Packing list video is coming soon or I have one from last year you can check out in the meantime!! Easier than going through it all in a comment 😅
How do you afford to go back again when you have uni between? I’ve been wanting to do it for so long and am hoping to do it next year the summer I finish uni, have loved your vids! :) x
Thank you!! I took a gap year and I’m lucky enough to have saved a lot of money that I used for my first two years and then this year at uni I also got a job and any money I earned I put towards paying for camp! I am in a very privileged position that I can live off of my maintenance loan though and any extra money I earn can go towards saving for travel

Going back for a second year and i literally cant wait😭Bittersweet tho cause its going to be my last year probably 🥲
I am planning to go next year 2025. I will be 28 by then. Would that be too old?
Noooo!!! As long as you’re aware a lot of the people you’ll be working with are likely 18-23, but I always think just go for it!
I'm applying for 2025 right now and I'll be 27 :D (I'm a camp first timer)
