Hi Lilly! I don't know if you will read this but I'm just gonna leave this here. I've noticed that you suffer with upper lip pimples for a while now. I know what it's like, it's literally the worse type of pimple especially if it turns into a whitehead, you can feel it beating! And it becomes hot and so gross and awkward and painful :( I've suffered with them a lot in high school. There a lot of reasons for those type of pimples perhaps you could find out what might be causing yours. But here's two simple tips on how I stopped mine... 1. I got rid of all my lip balms and switched to good 'ol petroleum jelly (Vaseline) it's available in drug stores in tiny tubs as well. Its fragrance and tint free and does not cause clogging. It REALLY helped me. 2. Also available at the drug store is Tea Tree Oil, which is an essential oil PERFECT for pimples. Rub a little on whenever you feel a pimple coming on, do it several times a day. Also, after using bawse and other lip sticks, scrub your lips with a little brown sugar it will keep your lips squeaky clean and pimple free. These tips worked for me, and might not for but do give it a try if you see this and get a chance to. Pimples are no fun. D:
And lily of you see this defs go see a nutritionist or naturopath because you should definitely have a look at your liver congestion as well as blood sugar regulation. I've been following you for years and I'm studying natural health and all your health signs seem to imply suboptimal liver function and blood sugar level imbalances. It would help you so much!
