I've tried that in the past with success, but not as much as I did with this version of the deck! If you're missing Scorn though you could try mystique in that spot, or X-23
@Unfitparrot that's what I think I'm noticing from the video. Every game here you have Swarm. I'm wondering if Scorn just isn't good enough by herself either way
@@joedoe7572 Scorn isn't enough by herself. Scorn is just a piece, and at 1-cost, she's often a small piece. She is, though, often enough a pretty nice card for some add-on points in a Discard game. As for Scorn being 100% necessary, we can look to pre-Scorn Discard decks and see that Discard can be effective with Scorn. You could, conceivably, replace Scorn's 1-cost spot with a 4-cost Proxima Midnight, which would alter the early gameplay of a match, but could be reliably discarded & serves as a free 7 points if it is. Proxima Midnight is a decent thing to discard if you miss a Swarm with Colleen Wing or Blade or Gambit. Assuming Proxima Midnight is in your hand, you won't miss with MODOK! ;)

Proxima Midnight will likely lose some points versus a well-played Scorn, but if you play your cards right (literally!) then Proxima Midnight is a free 7 points.

Question on this deck do you active bullseye then modok or modok then activate bulls eye?
Usually Modok first, but if you don't have Swarms in hand sometimes bullseye first is correct!
What do you think of Mystique in this deck to copy Morbius or Wong?

Honestly unsure. I think it would be less consistent, Swarm is always better and where you get your big powers from so I don't think it'd be terrible

Love Discard, love Bullseye as a character, but still not sure, if I wanna spent my keys on a week with 1 new card
Yeah it's always good to wait to see what other decks pop up this week before you use keys!
