RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
4 potatoes
olive oil
Fry over medium heat for 15 minutes until golden brown
Salt
2 shallots
Fry for 5-7 minutes over medium heat
Let the potatoes cool down
Mixture:
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Fresh parsley
Cheese - 150 g
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes with the lid closed
Sauce:
3 Pickled cucumber
Fresh dill
3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons of mustard
