what I had to solve a problem was a spring bb gun, fairly simply and easy to get hold of, online with modded spring, get a couple open the front door and blast the pricks all over close range

That 'no chase' policy for bikes is utterly stupid. Just paid for mine and will pick it up in June. A Night Fluo 2018. Cannot wait. Already have the 300 quid abus chain with their ground anchor that I use every night at home.

What disc lock do you use? I plan to get the 8077 from abus. Looks mean, bright, alarmed and has a flashing led.

I've got a black Widow low carbon. Sounds amazing. I'm guessing it's not as loud as a Akra Carbon tho? Never had the chance to hear both next to each other.

Yeah they're "looking into it", great... Just like they're looking into the idiot that kicked over my darling (drunken chav moron), was on about 5 cameras outside of work, I called police straight away, he got nicked on his way out with his mates. Prior convictions, so they went to town on him, magistrate ordered him to pay £500 in damages (much needed as he fucked up quite a few things) and 120 hours community service.
Been 18 months now, didn't receive the money yet and I doubt he did the community service. Fucking bullshit. Back in Russia, I'd hire some junkie to break his kneecaps, but when in Rome I guess we have to do as the Romans and accept that nothing will happen to him...

Nice, I'm considering the Black Widow, but I'll probably get the akra carbon if my budget allows. I'll give you a shout if I'm in London with it and you can hear it side by side haha! I can't wait to break it in and then enjoy the sound of that crossplane monster once I mount :D.
Will definitely be getting the 8077 on top of all my stuff. Not as bad here in Manchester, but I still see hooded morons without plates every month or so.

Exactly true! the law protects and treats criminals like victims and treats the real victims like criminals... is a joke! we not legally able to have weapons to protect our property wen need to purchase the bike, purchase and study for the driving license, have insurance that in most cases don't protect against the most commune things (SMART SCAM), MOT, bike in god conditions and keep at no expense, fallow the law, pay tax etc etc and thieves need nothing and get away with it, even wen caught they not asked to pay for it no the thieves ca not work to pay back no forced labor is not allowed but they can force steal people things and use and abuse the system as their pleased! O friend said that a good old EK archery guillotine -M+ compound crossbow is simple and those magic some times, the first ones coming across it will never do it again I guess
