I personally think it was from the time our Prime Minister started to take all the refugees into the country without proper background screening which leads to "some" with criminal backgrounds sneaked into this country and they cannot find a decent proper job to make a living. So this could be the reason! This is just what I suspect and may not be true.

朋友以前是入口鋼鐵，幫集團(如plaza, building等）起建築物的steel structure 。朋友已退休，他話現在鋼鉄材料很貴，因為只能從尾角入口，以前是前中囯入口的！所以現在興建商業樓宇、大廈等，會比前貴很多很多！
