That ain't how it works it is a staff member to make sure anything with allergens is on any food that contains allergens it. If a food that contains allergens and it ain't mentioned on any food product then that food product has to be binned so no one with potential allergies eats it. So yes it is Victoria fault and negligent. It ain't Jacob responsibility to know what is in the food that he ia eating if the allergens ain't on the food or at least got told by a staff member. She broke the biggest health and safety rule out there
