I watch it b4 the interview I didn't read this Mew saying Gulf his whole world or his not a perfect husband to Gulf so he needs to learn how to take care to Gulf. As far as i know, p'Mew won't talk about 'this husbands relationship thing' so openly like that. He usually is careful to answer if its about him and Gulf. Or he just give us the "grey answer" like not gonna lie but not telling the truth either. So I wonder if this the exact translations or just fan edit.

I don't think it's the real translation because as you can see on the bottom left corner. There's a watermark "GOTBLS" which usually post BL memes and made up or fake translation in Instagram. But when they post something they usually stated that the translation is not true it's just for fun or something like that.
