☀︎ I'M BACK!!!!!! Here's my first impressions on the Garnier Olia Metallic Silver hair dye! Really enjoyed making this video, and I hope it's helpful if you're interested in buying it. I also ramble on about why I've been gone for so long if anyone was wondering!

Shann Jonesy my hair was exactly like hers in the video so it turned out near enough the exact same shade, it’s a very light grey on me and I washed it the other day and used purple shampoo to brighten it. It does have a hint of purple but not too noticeable xx

I've used this a few times. I did DIY over bleached hair that was quite orange and it looked like above, if not more silver. Love it.
so it worked on orange hair? i have kinda split colour, blond on top and orange roots..

So it works on orangish hair? Cause I did my roots & I want to dye my hair this color again as well but I want to make sure my hair is light enough.
I watched this before buying and got exactly the same result. I suggest not keeping it on for 30mins, mine was 20 minutes and it looks great, feels great.

I did this colour and absolutely love how silver it is, not purple or blue but silver how it looks on the box!!! very happy with my results x

Please can you tell me how many dies you used as mine is quite long and I’m worried I won’t have enough to cover it all 🙄
I used 2 boxes and would recommend getting 2 if you hair is past your shoulders 😊 xx

Vanessa thank you! The purple tones pretty much go away after 1 wash, but the lovely glowy silver remains for 10+ washes for me. Love this stuff! Used it for the 3rd time recently ❤️🥰 hope this helps
Ellie King thank you for your reply. God I just re-read my first message, glad you figured what I meant lol I’ve put the hair colour on my shopping list and will give it a try next week. I’ve just bleached my hair and I’ve got golden roots so I’m trying to tone them down. Do you use this colour straight after your bleach or do you give it a few days? Thanks so much for sharing. It’s hard to find decent videos that use UK products xx

Stephany Ortega Ferrrer Yes it fades with every wash, after about 4 washes all the purple tones come out and it’s just a lovely silver 😊 xxxx

I have white and bleached hair, trued and it was really patchy and very blue in certain areas, worse dye I have ever used

This dye annoys me so bad. I bleach my roots each time they go white and then put the colour all over and the colour takes everywhere BUT MY ROOTS😑😑😑
Always leave prebleached roots for a couple of weeks then use this it wil take your roots then
It’s because it’s a permanent colour and after bleaching your hair is porous so it will just wash out. If you water the colour down with the same amount of water as developer it will act as a toner.
