This was beautiful it shows the different characteristics of dark shadow and hero shadow pretty well and shows his other forms just as well even though hyper shadow and chaos shadow aren't really cannon.
dark shadow and hero shadow aren't ever returning or being brought up do to them only meant to be used in shadows game.
Their like a ☯️ to shadows wuji, too full opposites that fights couse their opposites yet complete each other and can become the other

shadow even has a quote of "something strewing inside of me" and the sonic news wiki states hero shadow and dark shadow are awaken when the gauges are full which black doom has a quote in game for "shadow have you awakened?"in game in response to this.
theirs even levels to dark shadow and hero shadow
the tv cgi spot model is a semi dark shadow do to shadow still thinking about his past and not being as fight hungry or vengeful.
while the in game model is dark shadow couse again he's stated to be fully awakened and brings death and judgment to all.
while the intro CGI model is dark super shadow do to it being a darker shade of red with everything in the red even his chest fur which becomes unseeable and it's the opposite of hero super shadow who in game becomes a lighter cyan blue color while hero shadow normal in game is a darker shade of blue.
the other thing with ☯️ involves the 2 opposites being able to create something new when being brong together like the chaos boost after shadow left his past behind him dark shadow and hero shadow basically have no conflict and in theory from that came the chaos boost it looks like dark shadow but have the positive/light energy and negative/dark energy of both.
