Then focus on your increasing your Vitamin D, E, Methafolate (Folic acid is great in the beginning), Omega 3, and L-argenine . Also bruh give yourself time because as it being a blood disorder we have to literally regenerate our bodies. The first week tho with taking supplements my joint pain slowed and my foggyheadness stopped. Bro to this day I'm still healing underlining issues I didn't know I had my entire life. Just know it's not you and everything your going through can be healed. I haven't had a crisis in 3 years since taking supplements, Switching from table salt to Himalayan, Limiting fluoride, and changing to natural deodorant.
