Olá e obrigado pela sua nota! Yes, I believe that you can make a simple clutch tool using a piece of plastic. Here's a link to an example. Obrigado, Mike. www.motorcycleclassics.com/classic-motorcycle-repair/norton-clutch-hub-compressor-zbmz17junzhur/

some advice for getting the barrels off . Heat up some old engine oil so it is really hot and then very carefully pure it into the barrels leave for a while to expand the bore with a bit of luck this will free the stuck pistons . good luck

you can use the magnets to remove the cork plates as well.

pretty sure the cork plate should not have been up against the aluminum like that, should start with a steel plate. magnets work on the corks too give it a try. cheers and thanks for posting

Hello :) i have an issue with the first gear jumping out on my Commando 850. I am considering replacing the first gear, can i do this from the right side without removing the belt/clutch on the left ? thanks

I made a clutch depressed out of some heavy duty pipe and a bit of 40 x 6 flat bar with centre hole,I reckon it works better than the flash one you got there bro..

Hello Sir; the big problem I am have now is the nut on the clutch basket was tighten to 75 ft/# This was too much so now I am down to 20 Ft /# with locking washer. The rod and diaphragm are placed correctly then the adjusting nut is 1/4 turn off the rod. The efforts to get this high torque I may have screwed something up, because once I put my clutch cable together the basket does not move. I have snapped a cable pulling the clutch in.....Strange....any ideas? Thanks and I hope you are enjoying your long weekend.

I see you use a belt drive primary good deal. May I also suggest a 3 phase stator
