This car just screams premium all the way around the sounds, The sound system the exhaust note , The interior and the drive feel. Its top notch. For the added weight a quick trip to the tuner for that extra HP and you got a killer.
The wait for tunes to come out is so painful, lol.

The A-spec and Type S just have the best gauges and interior at night. I know the germans have way more ambient lighting but I think this looks way cooler with the analog/digital combo and not so much screen overload.
Love this car! Planning to buy one next summer. A bit slower than the competition but plenty fast for me and such a good looking car! Best looking car in the segment in my opinion.

If Acura had put in a larger infotainment screen at least 12.3-13 inches and made the gauge cluster digital , I'd jump on this in a heart beat.

e63s is much more comfortable than this, they're not in the same class
You’re welcome! They’re not really competitors, but the Acura was a bit more firm, though quieter over bumps.
Get the type s and thank me later. Wait until there's a tune for it if you want more hp. The chassis is excellent, the sound system is excellent. Its a beautiful car then you have reliability on top of all that.
@@wongchai807 Yessir just got mine 4 days ago same color, my previous car was the 18 Tlx aspec & man the ride quality is like night & day, I really like the smooth power it delivers & like you stated the sound system is phenomenal along with the ambient lighting.

for my taste the Car needs a little bit more HP, maybe 50 - 60 HP more. I think a Stage 1 tune can fix this problem.
will a tune significantly shorten the life of this engine?
@@zkmoonea not a stage 1 type of tune, they’re pretty mild. Unless you totally abuse and beat on your car.
I have a tune on my A-Spec. Normal mode is stage 1 with Sport mode pushing stage two. Makes a major difference on the 2.0T, should work out similarly on the 3.0T.
@@zkmoonea a clean and safety stage 1 software tune ( 50 HP / 80 NM ) more, change nothing but the engine come to life and accelerate a lot better.
Easily, thats why I'm not concerned about the 355hp which is plenty fast for the 90% who will buy it. Even at 500whp i think this engine can handle it all day. Honda did forged internals for a reason!

Sorry I'm not sure the exact song name, but all my songs come from the Streambeats Hip Hop playlist. Tuning most new vehicles does void the warranty, yes

@II_DYNASTY {WR} the 2023 Integra does NOT have the 27 color changing ambient lighting, what Acura calls Iconic Drive. Thank you.

@@ii_dynasty Right, which is not the same thing. I never said the Integra does not have any ambient lighting whatsoever. I said it should have the same ambient lighting available in the TLX. Again, it's called Iconic Drive, it's a 27 color changing setup that also changes with the drive modes - every other Acura has it available, and it should be standard in the Integra Aspec w/ tech package. Hope that helps.
Can't find this anywhere right now they only made 2000 of the 2021 so I'm was looking for the 2022 & the dealer said by March maybe due to chip shortage & pandemic

Seems like Honda is very conservative with the power capabilities of this engine. It only dynos 280hp. That's kinda disappointing for a car meant to compete with other luxury sedans.

I may be dreaming here but what if Acura made a type R edition To all of their cars say type S is sporty And type R For even more sportier experience kind of like Mercedes black series but let’s say for example this TLX make the type R And maybe TwinTurbo it or add an extra 100 hp
No they won't, the type s is the pinnacle. Dont worry about the weight, its the sh-awd and extra bracing for a more rigidit chassis. The after market will be abundant, a simple ecu flash from hondata/k-tuner will get to 400whp easily with bolt-ons. The civic type 4 is already at 400whp with a tune.
@@wongchai807 I think about it that would be awesome and I honestly think these new Acura cars with their lineups and improvements a huge step for them and at this point they’re looking way better than infinity which used to be my favorite brand but this is a huge that for Acura and I think they can go along way perhaps they introduce more cars in classes including engines V8s and more. I hope they make another TLX type s soon Or perhaps type S the mdx, ilx,
@@amaris5145 i mean in theory they could do a type R but that would be unprecedented. A twin turbo of this v6 would be more likely than a v8. Honda has never built a v8 I believe. That would take 8 years of development at least.with transitioning to electric vehicles i highly doubt they do that. Never been a infiniti fan but they do build good cars, high hp with a tune. I hear some issues with thier turbonand transmission though. They need to start updating and fix thier issues. They're not far off, I like the new qx60 I believe its called. They put the zf transmission in, so better than cut but zf have had its issues.
Also I hear they are bringing a type s version to all thier vehicles. The guy from heeltoe said. I can't confirm that, but I dont think it will be the same engine as the tlx/mdx type s. A tune from hondata/k-tuner will get you to 400whp with bolt-ons🤞 im willing to bet they can get it to 500+whp 🤫

Stinger is just as tight...I owned a 2021, and it's not the ideal choice for driving adults there in the back.

I love this car so much but for 50k youd think they could design a digital dash? Like the ford mustang gets one even... the analog gauges look so out dated

Never say never. Its not outrageously priced. In 10 years can probably get one for 20-30k but it is limited.

Really like the car but at this price point to have a layman/woman to mistake this for a modified Honda Accord (which it is technically in a way) kinda sucks. But then again, don’t buy it for what other people think of it.

Infotainment doesn’t have touchscreen, wouldn’t buy it myself,
One run I clocked 4.96 secs another run I clocked 5.4 secs. Not quick enough vs Bmw Mercedes not good times at all.

Maybe 1 out of every 20 launches it'll git 4.7
It's ¼mile time is 13.5 consistently
My old 19 TLX V6 PAWS was good for 0-60 in 5.7 seconds. The Type S better be substantially quicker once tested.
