I recently purchased a Tenba Fulton 16L as a photo travel backpack and I'm very happy with the purchase. Perfect for airline carry-on (photo gear and general purpose personal items storage). Worked great for several trips and I haven't looked back.
Great review, straight to the point. I got kinda into the same situation, haha. I'm glad this is the available option where I live. Btw, do you have any idea if it could be squeezed further than the measured 51cm height?.There are new restrictions for cabin bag when travelling in EU, and given that it's got a rolltop I'm assuming it can be shrunk by some cms, maybe closer to the 45cm-tall regulation. Would be much appreciated if you could test that out when empty and measure its middle point height. Thanks in advance :)
@@Andyhutchinson I just wanted you to know that I bought this back pack also thanks to your review and I freakking love it! it's the perfect photographic pack pack for my needs and I'm very picky (I returned 3 of them but not this one!) thanks again!
Nice review. Thank you. Does it fit under the seat in front of you? I currently i have a Tenba 14L V1, which does fit under the seat in front of you on Dash8 sized aircrafts, like those of FlyBe. The 14L V1 does no have space to fit a 11-inch ipad, that why i am looking at a V2 16L.

Yep agreed - I think it hits just the right balance of camera/carry-on ratio. :)
Thank you! Finding something that can effectively double is difficult.
Thank-you :)
great review! you're very engaging. thank you for sharing!
Glad you enjoyed it!

Cheers. We're actually between houses and that backpack's in storage - but it does crumple down quite nicely as I recall.
@@Andyhutchinson Thanks! :)
Can you remove the waist strap without necessarely cutting it?
Yes.
@Andyhutchinson cool thanks for the answer! Great content!

Sorry - not sure about the seat - I kept mine in the overhead.
Can you remove the camera compartment or "open" it, so that it becomes one huge compartment from the top?
Yes, you can. the base of the top compartment between it and the camera section is just velcro'd in.
Good review…what brand model tripod where you using in the video. Thank you
That's an old Manfrotto travel tripod - the cheaper alluminium version. :)
Very thorough, thank you!
Very welcome!
