What the fuck was wrong with that cop? It was uncomfortable to watch I cannot imagine what it must've felt like to experience. I hope he got fired. I hope he got way worse than fired but, at the very least he should be fired.

That stupid cop harrassing that man made me so mad... like that's a clear abuse of power, he was acting drunk.
1st - Victim is a legally blind man. In darker times, he has to use that cane to help him "see" obstacles and such. He had just walked to the local Courthouse, attended Juror selection as required by law, and was walking home when she approached him. The "Call" was about a "suspicious" person with maybe a gun. When she approached, you can clearly see what looks like a stick, not a gun, in his back pocket. She got mad when he asked if she was a Tyrant. He showed his cane, thus legally ending the contact. She illegally detained him, illegally arrested him (once she slapped on those cuffs). Then you clearly hear the Sergeant tell her to charge him with Resisting, a false charge and a secondary charge at that. He was not Under Arrest, thus he could Resist that Arrest. He was compliant even though every command, after the cane reveal, was illegal. They got sued.....
2nd - Basically, a misuse of the Legal System by the Theater. He "heard" the guy did X, but refused to actually look at easily accessed video to see if the rumor was correct. Then called cops. Cops were 100% in the wrong. Yes, the place can allow the guy to watch the movie and they can refuse to allow him to watch it, BUT, if they refuse a refund = theft. They took money for the performance of a service (movie watching). If, by their own incorrect actions, they stopped the customer from their purchase and refused to pay the customer back the funds they took, it is a form of Fraud.
4th - Violation of several Federal and Local laws by a cop. All done Under Colour of Law. The flashlight in the camera = Prior Restraint. He was bumping and touching the victim repeatedly - Assault & Battery (Assault or/and Battery depending on the local/State laws there). Harassment and Intimidation by a Government Official (cop). Stalking, violation of the Rights to Film, Free Movement, be Secure in One's Personage/Effects, etc. Hope he sued. And from what I could see and Hear - Illegal Detainment, more Assaults, Illegal Arrest, illegal seizure/search of a person and effects.
Literally no Karens getting what they deserved. Skip this one.

The moment that old guy showed he *wasn't* carrying a firearm is when that stop should've ended. He only ended up in cuffs because the cop was on a power trip.

That cop. Omg. HE is one of the bad apples that spoil the bunch. Cops like him are why people have fear around the police. Behavior like that should immediately lead to termination of employment. So disgusting. That poor guy did nothing to the cop it breaks my heart that so many people can’t trust the police. There are a ton of wonderful officers out there. They are there to keep us safe. There are horrible people who do not deserve to “protect and serve”, yet they get in anyway. I’m so sorry to anyone who has to deal with crap like this.
Dude with the snake bite... If there is ANY other medical facility in your town, GO THERE. Getting that treatment from desk/triage staff would make me not trust any of the care I would get there. Holy cow.

I know! Patients are usually triaged by severity. Wouldn't a possibly venomous snake bite be near top priority?!
I had to rush my dad to the ER back in September when he came downstairs gasping for air and shaking so bad I could understand a word he was saying. By the time we got to triage at the ER he was starting to have cognitive impairment and had a severely elevated heart rate. One of the things that told me just how serious his condition was? We were in the waiting room for _literally less than 90 seconds._
It turns out he was in full-blown _septic shock_ from an infection he'd felt no symptoms for. The doctors told us if he'd waited another two hours to get help, he would have died.
I would have been IRATE if the staff at that ER had treated him the way that guy was treated. Thankfully they were the complete opposite and he got excellent care, but that can literally be the difference between life and death.

The idiot in the movie theater just wanted to get the manager arrested. Had he shown the ticket he would still be there watching the movie. He is the Kevin of that video. Manager could have been racist, or maybe he legit was told that this guy came through the exit door. Someone else might have been the racist. All in all, the guy recording was an idiot that escalated an easy situation
