Europe has to blame itself for the current situation it finds itself on. For example, if Britain and France were not occupying all these nations, there would not be all these nationalities in their country. You would hardly find any foreigners in eastern Europe because of Eastern Europe History. Also, like the Italian Nationalist Prime Minster said, If France was not misusing the resources of Western African countries, perhaps kids from these countries would have no reason to migrate to Europe.
*I would take European blame game seriously when they stop blundering other countries resources for all ways, including working with dictators and selling billions of worthless stuff.*
Before then, like its said, *"it is chickens that have come home to roost."*

My brother I know you mean well but you gotta understand the history of British colonialism and its massive impact it had on the countries it occupied and oppressed their freedoms, So alot of the immigrants only came because of the exploitation and looting of their countries wealth by the British empire, Also you mentioned about that it would be nice if we all went back to our respective countries but you forget that alot of us are 2nd/3rd/4th generation so this is our home and assimilated yet keeping our own identities. It may not work in the rest of Europe but it works here (kind of) London is a international city and the deen is practiced more here in the UK than the rest of western Europe Alhamdulillah.

@@jantheslovakmuslim Not only the UK but most of western countries open their doors to refugees mainly Muslims because they need working hands.western Europe is facing ageing population, child birth is low, hence the need for workers. The population decline was one of the many reasons why your country and others were allowed to enter the EU.
Countries like Germany has removed so many restrictions for refugees to apply visas to work there. The western European countries would have loved to have people from Eastern European countries who's economy is not that good to work for them. The problem is that a worker from these countries will not put up pressure or racism incidents and have place to go back. You can guess what options would refugees have.
Finally, Arabs are also minorities in their own countries especially the gulf. In Qatar, Qataris only make 15% of the population while in the UK about 2or 3% of population are Muslims. Sometimes I wonder why I am so special to be a born Muslim. Why did not I born in the west and be complete ignorant of Islam. Its ironic that even special privileges given by Allah can give you doubts. Internet was the worst thing that happened to me. I had so much peace when I was a child. I am a brown Briton. Our great grandparents and grandparents were invited to Britain as cheap labour after WWII to help rebuild the economy. Our native lands and countries were ravaged after colonialism and still to this day they have not recovered from the plundering of resources.
The elite in the United Kingdom are still the elite thanks to the vast profits their ancestors made from my native lands. The prewar grand houses and stately buildings you see when you visit the UK are from the sweat of my ancestors. Post war Britain was built on the sweat of my ancestors too.
In fact, Somerset House where your conference was, is not only built from profits from ravaging my native lands, but colonialism was actually carried out from there too.
You yourself have migrated for economic reasons before. You had it easy because your skin is white in a majority white land, you weren’t immediately identified as foreigner. If the people you saw in London mosques were white skinned you would have had a different reaction. The UK is lucky to have the diversity that it does, with immigrants who enrich the culture rather than ruin it like the White Britons once did and still do to other lands (Iraq for example).
We British born brown and black people still face racism, employers still favour English names on application forms. We try to integrate and still get rejected
If politics and governments hadn’t intervened throughout your nation’s history maybe Slovakians would have no need to migrate anywhere.
As it is, tens of thousands of Slovakians make up an important and welcome part of British culture now as well. In time their descendants will multiply too. In a hundred years time you still feel their great great grandchildren should be shipped back to Poprad and Bardejov?
Brother, borders are a man made construct. Yes we all have our unique ethnicity, language, culture but it’s a massive blessing to be able to mix and match and borrow the good things and blend them.
No offence meant and sorry for such a long comment! Welcome to my birth land. My home alhamdulilah, The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from your sister in the deen. I hope you come again soon.
Btw I agree with you about pace of life and smaller living environments. Cities are very distracting with dunya. And I do think there’s a point to be made about embracing an English Islam that’s still rich with influence from our ethnic lands.
    Thanks for your interesting video.

At 5:58 time mark, you are incorrect here. Even 100 years back, Indonesia, Algeria, whole of Sub-continent Asia was festered by white Europeans, structures and architectures. And if you truly think deep, South Africa, Australia, America are few of the places where white Europeans settled and never left. So now it's high tides, that the rest of the world is naturally giving back the favor by settling in Europe.

Assalaamu alaykum brother. i m a white european muslim revert who lives in London. I left my native country in eastern europe and migrated to UK for the sole reason to be amongst muslims. yes, i agree that there might be certain issues in multicultural areas - (for example some non-practicing muslims commit crime, while some other muslims and non muslims behave anti socially, pollution, littering etc) , but despite the flaws there are loads of practicing muslims and dawah is very active in certain areas of London, halal food is everwhere etc At the same time in countries like Poland,Slovakia etc you only have 1 - 2 mosques in the whole city and you are isolated from muslim community, dawah is non existant etc I have visited muslim community in Warsaw and in Baltic States ,as well as western Europe, but UK is unique amongst non muslim countries when it comes to dawah and islam. by the way how can i contact you brother?

Most the immigrants in the UK are concentrated in certain areas like East London, Birmingham, Manchester , Bradford etc. Maybe if the UK spread them out more then they would assimilate better and not seem to be "taking over".
For example, I live in Surrey and only 3 other Muslim families live in my town , otherwise it is 90%+ white. I like multiculturalism though (esp. Southall, London) , but understand why some people dislike it , especially when our people do stupid stuff like steal, assault, rape etc. Doesn't make sense to me since they're wasting a great opportunity to build their life in the west but most importantly disobeying what Allah SWT said in the Qur'an...
Like Khabib said "Non-Muslims don't read the Quran. They don't read Hadith. They read you", I think this is why multiculturalism and Islam is getting such a bad view in the west.

      Assimilate ? You mean integrate
When you say assimilate you mean they should become like a typical white British European give up on there identity and religion which is haram
If the word”assimilate” used in this means
adopting the western culture”. Then sorry; Muslims can’t assimilate in an area where they are forced to relinquish their own culture, tradition and religion.
What is Assimilation? And what can a Muslim assimilate into?. If by assimilating one has to leave his religious identity and beliefs and customs, then that person is the loser at the end of the day. As they will lose themselves and family and be absorbed into a foreign culture and values, so they can't bring anything to the table. Remember muslims have a religion that enters all facets of their life so they really don't have any space to assimilate with others. They have rules on how to eat and what to eat, what to wear generally, rules in marriage and divorce, childcare etc.
But if assimilation just means learning the language of the host people, being a good neighbor and getting to know them better at social institutions like school or market, then most muslims are assimiliated in such case. Multi-cultural way is better than the melting pot.
If Muslims are a minority in an overwhelmingly non-muslim area, then they must do everything to maintain their Islamic identity for themselves and their future generation, and they are praised for that.
What you really mean is integrating not assimilating Muslims have to integrate not assimilate don’t get confused and mix the two terms

I completely agree with your viewpoint. Multiculturalism has both good and bad points. But the only good points I see is that it also helped to bring Islam to many predominantly non-muslim countries. But in the big picture, it doesn't really look good. It's not only in London but also in Paris. When I last time visited Paris, I hardly met any native French people there. It was like full of North Africans. Even in Ireland, I was a bit skeptical about immigrants at first. About the less number of Brits in mosque, yeah, even though Dawah activites are still ongoing, male reverts to Islam are a minority compared to the female reverts. There are 4 times more female reverts than male ones and you can guess the reason :)
That means you and me are also in the minority section sadly:)

I don't know how much you know about the History of Post War Britain but the fact is that people from The Caribbean, India, Pakistan and Africa were invited to come to the UK by The British Government as there was a Labour shortage in The 1950s.

    Brother Jan,
You seem always wondering in some of your videos about the so-called indigenous Europeans prospective and the right to reject so-called foreign migrants!
However I would kindly like you to inform us, who's the indigenous of any land on earth? It's common fact that evey human ancestor came from the Middle east, precisely Arabia (inc the Horn of Africa as one geographical location)
(it's the Scientists and linguists unanimously testifying these facts).
    Which Islam confirms.
So everyone is a migrant in every country, no matter how long he lives in any land, and he eventually will die and vacate it to the next generation.
So kindly don't give the racists any ground to spread hate, as we believe the earth is Allah almighty's property, and everyone of his creation have a right to live in it.

Bro, you haven’t seen the places where Jews lives, they have their own police and hospitals apart from just synagogues. And men and women are segregated on the street one side to other. Right in the middle of Europe. Where as Muslims has just started integrating and assimilating into European societies. I don’t see it’s a bad thing. We Muslims were accommodating other cultures and ethnicities for centuries it’s only when colonials came and divided people based on race and ethnicities.

Bro that's the GPS in life and your goal. I'm talking like this because 99% of people and even some Muslims worry too much about careers to their work or some house they want to buy. Since you know the reality then stop worrying about this. You can still be successful. Bro just look at the great prophets who were wealthy. They didn't let the wealth consume them. Or Sahaba like Abu Bakr or Uthman. They were also very rich. It's about the mindset. I never said you have to be poor that's stupid. You live in this world now so be successful but just know it means nothing and your real success in afterlife. Most people who focus on money will loose their deen. That's why I always talk about the achira. Most people chase Dunya so it's important to remind you this reality since you forget easily. Go make money, have family do whatever but also do everything you have to to die as Muslim. That money is not yours it's from Allah. Also your success. Everything.

@@jantheslovakmuslim In essence, success and ambition are not inherently forbidden in Islam. The historical Caliphate from Spain to China would not have been possible without ambition. We are born in this world to fulfill our purpose, and success can even provide a means to promote our religion. However, it is crucial to remain humble and avoid becoming consumed by ego. When we earn money, it should be used to take care of ourselves and our families, while also fulfilling the Sunnah by giving Zakat to help those in need. Success is not solely defined by wealth, but rather encompasses a much broader definition. Ultimately, we must avoid allowing our pursuit of success to corrupt our morals and values.

Or second generation British Syrians, British Afghans or British Kurds whose parents came to London as refugees? Or the third generation British Punjabi Muslims whose ancestral homes do not exist any more? What about the Londoners who come from mixed race backgrounds? Where would their respective countries be? Londoners are proud of their diversity and for the most part, in this day and age, integrate very well. Outside of London, you will see a very different picture, the diversity is a lot less. Loving the humour lol. But you’ve said what I’ve been hesitant to say for too long. Although I would’ve worded it a bit differently lol. Multiculturalism and mass migration is definitely not sustainable in the long run.
I don’t think there was ever a time in history where such a scale of immigration was seen. Yes, the different Islamic empires/caliphates had multicultural cities but this was as a result of necessary trade and regulated and controlled immigration, where the local demographics were not effected.
I’m born and raised in Australia (Nation of Immigrants & arguably the most multicultural country in the world), it’s all I’ve ever known. But I’ve got to be stupid to not admit that multiculturalism has had a detrimental effect on this country. For example because of the mass migration of South Sudanese refugees (mostly from broken and fatherless families due to war) in the recent years, gang violence, robbery and car theft rates have sky rocketed. The area I lived in was a relatively safe area and had a healthy demographic of Italians, Somalis, Anglo Australians and Pakistanis. However due to the sharp demographic change many of these families left because they no longer felt safe and the authorities weren’t doing their jobs since they were too afraid of backlash.
Although I’m born and raised here, I still yearn for my home country since that is where my ancestors are from. It’s the place I have a direct connection to, that’s where my history is. I plan to return and contribute to the rebuilding of my country since that is the least I can do.
That should be the ultimate goal for all of us diaspora muslims to to return to our homelands, make a change and raise our children. Living in the West is a temporary solution, it’s not feasible to continue to stay here if you want Islam to stay in your lineage.
I know many Turkish, Albanian and Bosnian families who have been here for 3 or generations and they completely lost their Islam. What makes you so sure you won’t have the same fate?

The good thing about this is to deliver the message of Islam to as many people as possible, it can happen only if The people there doesn’t fall in the trap of liberalism and wasting their children, their morals and their religion because of ignorance and temptation .....

Bro you are complaining about clean shaven Saudis, how about yourself? I don't see sunnah beard on your face either. Yes there are many mudlims who are taken by dunya and wealth, but please be fair when you criticise other Muslims and make sure you follow for yourself what you criticise on others so as not to be the rxample in the Quran " do you command to that which you don't do?".
Also I get that you are more comfortable around white muslims, but is that not also a form of racism? There are subtle racism such as what you propagate in your videos. Maybe you are not ware of this, Allah knows best, I'm not trying to accuse you, but maybe being raised in an eastern european country with many far right groups has influenced your perception of what muslim or human is and should be.
Personally, UK has opened more islamic understanding for me that in my own so called muslim country I used to live, so you never know.

How is being around white Muslim more racist? Indians group together. Arabs also. Black people too. Just because my culture is closer to white people doesn't make me racist.
Second of all I don't grow hair to shave. And my point is that they try to be like Europeans and that's pathetic to me.

@@jantheslovakmuslim I appreciate your point of view, but the main reason Arabs or Blacks stick together is to feel secure or a unity in the face of cultural attacks and accusations they are bombarded with in the west, as well as being able to speak a common language in a foreign land, especially those who cannot learn the new language very well. For example, if you had difficulty speaking English or were very unfamiliar with a european culture such as UK, I would not have any issue with it if you had to stick around familiar faces like slovaks.
BUT you said "white" which is clearly NOT a nation-state or a language- related issue, nor even cultural familiarity, as you confessed you are practicing muslim and you have accepted the culture of islam.
The point is, you don't seem to have "integration" problems in a european country, as you are european yourself, and at least not as much problems as a, say, black or asian would have when they immigrate to a COMPLETELY new environment. Also, when Pakistanis stick together, they don't differentiate between fair-skin pakistanis and brown skin ones, for them pakistani is pakistani and a familiar culture and language.
You are directly bring the matter of " skin colour" into the equation which is simply not acceptable.
I very much admire your courage to step out of your perceived space and learn islam on your own and travel to learn more about islam. This, in and of itself, is very admirable. I do also understand the sudden sense of uprooting from a familiar mainly-white environment that you are experiencing. But to bring "the colour of skin" into any matter, more especially into islamic matters, is totally wrong. You may not be aware of it now, but I hope Allah gives you the knowledge and insight to be able to be comfortable around all muslims of any colour or ethnic background, inshaAllah.
The beard thing, is my ignorance about the real reason that I didn't know, as I have not watched all your videos. Probably you have mentioned it elsewhere and I have missed it. I apologise for it.
Please keep up the good work on these vlogs. Jazak Allah khayran
