I don’t think there is any other weekend ever that compares with this one for football. I am amazed with this divisional round and we will continue to talk about it for many years to come.
One of the greatest playoff games in history. I'm a Bills fan but this was insane to watch. I don't think we've seen a QB battle like this since Peyton and Brady. This was historically elite quarterbacking from both QBs. The NFL needed this since we haven't had a consistently elite QB rivalry since colts/patriots.
Glad your bills got kicked out of the playoffs. That's Karma coming back to bite you in the (*) for hurting Tua "The Truth" Tagovailoa costing the DOLPHINS multiple wins this season. Getting bounced out of the playoffs by the Chiefs was your just rewards.

This was the only game I've ever watched when I truly didn't want either side to lose. Of course, someone has to win in the Playoffs, but dang they both deserved it so much. What a trip.
Being a Buffalo Bills fan for over 30 year's, this was the best game we ever played, behind the come back against the Houston Oilers. If you gotta lose, what a way to lose. Honestly , I can't remember a game so exciting. Cavs vs Warriors when lebron won in Cleveland. Chalmers 3 to send it to overtime for the eventual win . And maybe the Giants vs the Patriots with that end zone catch

I took my dad to the game for his 41st birthday and let me tell you, this game is definitely gonna be a memory I can look back in 10 years and be grateful we got to experience it together. Best game I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to a lot of chiefs game.

Hey, I was at the game today. Flew all the way from NJ to witness this in person. Truly the best game I ever witnessed in person. I am so glad I made the trip. It's no fun to see two strong offenses and only one gets to take the field to decide it. It should go back and forth until someone fails to match. I.e. the cointoss has TOO MUCH bearing on the outcome of the game.

Heartbreaking loss for the bills but an incredibly hard-fought one. This is the best football game I’ve seen in a very long time. A shame they had to face off before the super bowl.

Over a year later and I am still revisiting the highlights to this game. I was there in the stands that day. From start to finish the atmosphere in Arrowhead was electric! I remember when it came down to the final 13 seconds of regulation that all the Chiefs fans had paused and began to waver. Some even accepted defeat and started to leave. My friends and I decided that we would stick it out and see what would happen. It seemed to be a foolish hope that they could somehow win it, but it was a hope nonetheless. Still, there was no way anybody could have predicted what happened next. None of us in the stands could believe the game we had just witnessed. Even though my team won, many other Chiefs fans and I held nothing but respect for the Bills fans there. Even though they were heartbroken, they congratulated our team for the hard fought win. It was nothing but complete mutual respect and admiration between both fanbases and their teams. Easily one of the greatest games of all time in the NFL and by far the greatest one I ever attended! Will never forget the night and the experience!
I'm a lifetime Chiefs fan. Yes, obviously, this game was incredible. But, I want to write a few words to all Bills fans out there. Be proud of what you've built. I remember in 1993, when the Bills beat the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game. I was heartbroken. I wouldn't see the Chiefs in another AFC Championship game for nearly 30 years. I know you guys have experienced a horrific drought, and have yet to win the big game. But make no mistake about it: Josh Allen is your answer. You guys will not only win multiple titles with him, but I wouldn't be surprised if you won the SB next year. He's ready. You'll be RIGHT back. Congrats on an all time classic game.

Well, i certainly hope there's better defense on display in the SB. I like electric offense as much as anyone, but there's something to be said for contested catches and hard yards gained on the ground, not a constant reel of blown coverages and missed tackles.

And so the new era of quarterbacks began this weekend. I've seen some great QB rivalries, especially Brady vs Manning, but when you look at how both guys plays, this might be overall the best quarterbacking I've ever seen in one single game. I hope these guys play again next year in the post season
As a Bills fan, it was the greatest football game I've ever seen. Still upset the defense couldn't hold them with 13 seconds left but you have to give credit to the Chiefs for making it down field. Only complaint is that with the OT rules and not even giving the Bills a chance with the ball. Rules are rules but we lost on a coin toss. Unbelievable game.
Don't forget, in 2019 the Chiefs proposed a change in the OT rules after they experienced this exact thing in the NE game. Rules change was shot down. Great game either way!
As a Chiefs fan, I understand your pain. Same thing happened to us in the 2018 AFC Championship. Coin toss gave Tom Brady the ball at OT and that was it. Props to your boys though. Josh Allen is a stud and he'll definitely get y'all a ring or two by the end of his career.

Been watching NFL football for 40 years and I’ve seen some awesome games but this one was in a league of it’s own. Both QB’s played with so much heart and determination. Their will to win was off the charts! I hated that one team had to lose!

What made that night so special is that one single game is going to impact how teams draft and play defense for many years to come. There’s never been a defense past or present that was built to be able to stop what we saw Allen and Mahomes do that night. And I completely understand that the rules in today’s nfl help quarterbacks out a lot but those defenses were doing everything they could to hit those quarterbacks as hard as they could but they just simply couldn’t. There was no bad roughing the passer calls, it was just simply two bad dudes that might of just changed the NFL forever.

Great game and weekend as a whole, but the overtime rules should be changed, it's just a bummer seeing a performance like josh allen's and then him not having a chance to even fight back in overtime because of the current first score wins system.
The current OT rules values the defense just as much as the offense, which is why they should stay. The nfl shouldn't come down to 1 QB vs another and totally disregard the defense. The bills should've stopped them with the No.1 Pass defense but couldn't manage it with their season on the line.
If you think that 4rth quarter debacle and non - existent defense is the "best' NFL game you ever saw, you either have seen very few NFL games before, or are a shining example of why the NFL has become a joke. The last 5 minutes of the game was so bad, it was literally cringe worthy to behold.
watching this after the Chiefs beat the Bengals in 2023, I think these are literally the two greatest games from a quarterback ever. Seeing Mahomes as injured as he was last night and then watching how lethal he is when he scrambles here against the Bills, I just pray he gets healthy for the Superbowl because he's just too fun to watch. Mahomes is the Michael Jordan of football, no question.
Michael Jordan wasn't mediocre to above average in his first 3 NBA Finals though. I like Mahomes but,if you look at his overall Super Bowl stats,5tds 4 Ints. He's mediocre to above average. Just like Peyton Manning was in his Super Bowls.

Crazy game! As a Bills fan for life, this was hard for me to watch. This is the first time the Bills have been good enough to win the Super since I’ve been alive (I was born in 1994), besides maybe the 99’ Bills. This was an incredible game. Shout out to Mahomes. The 4 wildest game ending post season ever. Thought Niners win was the craziest I had ever seen, but then I watched Bengals win and I was blown away even more. Thought it cant better than this... but little did I know that I would get an ever crazier game when the Rams won and topping that must be impossible, but the Bills and Chiefs did the impossible. I have a feeling I wont forget about these 4 games for a very, very long time.

I genuinely believe this game was decided by who won the coin toss to start OT. Both offenses were explosive and clutch unlike almost anything else I’ve ever seen, especially at the end of the game. Instant classic.
@@marko6947 To be honest, I kind of agree. I think if the first team scores a TD, then the second team has to score a TD to keep the game going. Then, next score wins. (Or use college rules but starting from the 35 instead of the 25 could work.)
Broncos fan here, watching the highlights on August 22, 2022 from this impossibly gripping game. Damn, KC & Mahomes pulling the ultimate Houdini act in an instant classic game. My god how I do love the NFL!

An EPIC game. As a neutral, Dolphin fan, I have great admiration for both these fantastic teams. Two of the best young quarterbacks to ever play this great game. The overtime should be better constructed as the coin toss win basically won the game. If Allen would have won the toss the Bills would have been victors. Mahomes is already a legend. Allen is not too far behind. I think that the winner of this game, will win the Super Bowl!
Chiefs fan here, both these teams were neck and neck till the very end and I can honestly say I have no voice left and I may need to see a heart doctor after last night. It was the best game I’ve ever seen, just seemed like both teams deserved to win. So unfortunate someone had to go home. This felt like the 2 best teams in the league. It came down to a coin toss to win the game. Couldn’t have asked for a better ending from just a average fan perspective.

For me, Cheifs fan, I was like "oh my god.." in a speechless worried manner after Tyreek scored that long TD because I felt that Buffalo would seal the game with no more time for us to hit back. But we got 3 points in 13 seconds!! I cried at the conclusion of the game.

That was only my 2nd game at arrowhead (the other was a clean win) so as it was happening i was kinda low key shocked people gave up on them even with only 13 sec left. It def added to the finality of thinking "did that really just happen? are we really about to lose this game?!" and the fact we didn't....i mean, just can't explain those last 13 seconds into overtime being in that stadium. The Bills Chiefs game was so epic and nerve-racking, to the point that my brother left my mother’s house once the game went into overtime. How could he miss something that great as this instant classic? It’s the NFL Playoffs! This will go down in history as one of the greatest playoff games of all time.
I stopped watching with 2 minutes to go in the 4th so,I didn't see any of the rest of it. And you know what? I'm ok with it. I even went 1 Sunday last season without watching any NFL which,when I was younger, would've been unheard of for me not to watch any NFL game.

As a Chiefs fan, I have to say this was one of the few games I have ever seen where both teams played about as clean a game as possible. 0 turnovers, and only 4 penalties on the night. Just incredible. Allen just continues to get better and better, and Buffalo has all my respect. Great game, my friend. To many more!

One of the greatest playoff games in history. I'm a Bills fan but this was insane to watch. I don't think we've seen a QB battle like this since Peyton and Brady. This was historically elite quarterbacking from both QBs. The NFL needed this since we haven't had a consistently elite QB rivalry since colts/patriots.

Over a year later and I am still revisiting the highlights to this game. I was there in the stands that day. From start to finish the atmosphere in Arrowhead was electric! I remember when it came down to the final 13 seconds of regulation that all the Chiefs fans had paused and began to waver. Some even accepted defeat and started to leave. My friends and I decided that we would stick it out and see what would happen. It seemed to be a foolish hope that they could somehow win it, but it was a hope nonetheless. Still, there was no way anybody could have predicted what happened next. None of us in the stands could believe the game we had just witnessed. Even though my team won, many other Chiefs fans and I held nothing but respect for the Bills fans there. Even though they were heartbroken, they congratulated our team for the hard fought win. It was nothing but complete mutual respect and admiration between both fanbases and their teams. Easily one of the greatest games of all time in the NFL and by far the greatest one I ever attended! Will never forget the night and the experience!

Well, i certainly hope there's better defense on display in the SB. I like electric offense as much as anyone, but there's something to be said for contested catches and hard yards gained on the ground, not a constant reel of blown coverages and missed tackles.

As a Bills fan, it was the greatest football game I've ever seen. Still upset the defense couldn't hold them with 13 seconds left but you have to give credit to the Chiefs for making it down field. Only complaint is that with the OT rules and not even giving the Bills a chance with the ball. Rules are rules but we lost on a coin toss. Unbelievable game.
Remember it was said Allen didn't want to even lose the coin toss? We should've been paying more attention to that!
Don't forget, in 2019 the Chiefs proposed a change in the OT rules after they experienced this exact thing in the NE game. Rules change was shot down. Great game either way!
As a Chiefs fan, I understand your pain. Same thing happened to us in the 2018 AFC Championship. Coin toss gave Tom Brady the ball at OT and that was it. Props to your boys though. Josh Allen is a stud and he'll definitely get y'all a ring or two by the end of his career.

What made that night so special is that one single game is going to impact how teams draft and play defense for many years to come. There’s never been a defense past or present that was built to be able to stop what we saw Allen and Mahomes do that night. And I completely understand that the rules in today’s nfl help quarterbacks out a lot but those defenses were doing everything they could to hit those quarterbacks as hard as they could but they just simply couldn’t. There was no bad roughing the passer calls, it was just simply two bad dudes that might of just changed the NFL forever.

watching this after the Chiefs beat the Bengals in 2023, I think these are literally the two greatest games from a quarterback ever. Seeing Mahomes as injured as he was last night and then watching how lethal he is when he scrambles here against the Bills, I just pray he gets healthy for the Superbowl because he's just too fun to watch. Mahomes is the Michael Jordan of football, no question.
Michael Jordan wasn't mediocre to above average in his first 3 NBA Finals though. I like Mahomes but,if you look at his overall Super Bowl stats,5tds 4 Ints. He's mediocre to above average. Just like Peyton Manning was in his Super Bowls.

Crazy game! As a Bills fan for life, this was hard for me to watch. This is the first time the Bills have been good enough to win the Super since I’ve been alive (I was born in 1994), besides maybe the 99’ Bills. This was an incredible game. Shout out to Mahomes. An EPIC game. As a neutral, Dolphin fan, I have great admiration for both these fantastic teams. Two of the best young quarterbacks to ever play this great game. The overtime should be better constructed as the coin toss win basically won the game. If Allen would have won the toss the Bills would have been victors. Mahomes is already a legend. Allen is not too far behind. I think that the winner of this game, will win the Super Bowl!
Chiefs fan here, both these teams were neck and neck till the very end and I can honestly say I have no voice left and I may need to see a heart doctor after last night. It was the best game I’ve ever seen, just seemed like both teams deserved to win. So unfortunate someone had to go home. This felt like the 2 best teams in the league. It came down to a coin toss to win the game. Couldn’t have asked for a better ending from just a average fan perspective.

For me, Cheifs fan, I was like "oh my god.." in a speechless worried manner after Tyreek scored that long TD because I felt that Buffalo would seal the game with no more time for us to hit back. But we got 3 points in 13 seconds!! I cried at the conclusion of the game.

same man. so many fans started leaving after the last Davis touchdown. That was only my 2nd game at arrowhead (the other was a clean win) so as it was happening i was kinda low key shocked people gave up on them even with only 13 sec left. It def added to the finality of thinking "did that really just happen? are we really about to lose this game?!" and the fact we didn't....i mean, just can't explain those last 13 seconds into overtime being in that stadium. As a Chiefs fan, I have to say this was one of the few games I have ever seen where both teams played about as clean a game as possible. 0 turnovers, and only 4 penalties on the night.
