Her Majesty Queen Nanasipau'u, and Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Sinaitakala graced the Royal Luncheon and Queen Salote College Alumni presentation with an impromptu celebratory dance in commemoration of Tupou College 150th Anniversary Celebrations.

You're all good! No they were definitely just lying on the ground as that is usually the protocol when you are very close to the Queen. But they were looking towards the front tent as that had the King, royals and distinguished guests inside.
