Does google allow appointments to be "requests" and I have to manually approve it. Also can appointments be booked without customer payment?
Yes. You can build the schedule and the appointments will automatically be added to your calendar. As a small business owner, I think talking about payment after booking makes the most sense.
Hi, great video - is it possible for multiple users to book the same slot, eg, 5 students could all book the same 1 hour slot for an online lesson? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere...I know platforms like Calendly do!! kind regards Matt
It is currently not an option, as well as a major oversight by Google.

Hey quick question. So I'm trying to get notifications when someone joins the zoom waiting room. But when haven't started the meeting yet. How do I turn on notifications on mobile so I can go ahead and start when they are ready? I subbed for u also 😌
This will be in zoom notifications settings if it is possible. Most notifications happen after you open the Zoom or enter first.
It will only send the notification if you have started the meeting. They can't enter the meeting room if the meeting has not been started. You could start the meeting and then leave it open in the background, and then you would get the notification. Zooms default setting are to email you that notification but if you're in the Zoom meeting on your phone it will send a PUSH notification as well.

I have not messed around with that. I guess you could send that information in the appointment email. You would have to give clear instructions for that.

Thanks for watching! Unfortunately, there is no option to redirect people to another page once an appointment request is made. This is one of the few neglected items Google missed the mark on the new update.
