Furiosa is a flawed but worthy Mad Max saga

This is my review of the movie, Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, the latest post-apocalyptic action film from director George Miller. The film serves as a prequel to Mad Max: Fury Road, and it shows the origins of its title character (now played by Anya-Taylor Joy) as she embarks on a mission fueled by vengeance. In this review, I share my thoughts about the movie and why I feel it was a worthy addition to the growing number of Mad Max films. I haven't seen it, but the trailer seems to imply some kind of symbolism. The screen changes from b&w to color when she grabs some forbidden fruit

Good catch. There were definitely some symbolisms in the film but some of it was also just stylistic choices.

Some of it was noticeable and janky, true, but not to the point that it pulled me out of the movie. 😇
