Hammocks are the best! 🥰🪴🌹🏵
i often have those 'let it bee' moments too
😆🍀🌹🌳
Everything is so lush and green and beautiful in your garden! Here in zone 7A, the ground is cracking and everything is brown and crusty. Oh well, there's always fall and next spring!
Diane, I am sending the rain elves!! 😉🌿🌼🌻
Absolutely beautiful- you are the same zone as me. Lots of ideas now. Thanks
So glad to hear it! 🥰🌸🌳🍀
Love the gardens! You have given me lots of ideas for combinations and colors. I can grow most of the same things. My allium are my favorite new specimen. I’m going to enlarge a few of my growing areas. Thanks so much for sharing! ❤️
Oh, have fun making bigger beds!! More room to play. 😃🪴🌹🌸
Great tour! My garden 7b is fried!
Sending rain elves to you!😉🌿🌷🌸
beautiful landscaping. well done.
I like the varying rocks in the kidney bed at the mid of the yard. Fantastic touch there.
just curious, is that a "pride" neighborhood or an HOA-Convenants neighborhood? I ask because I noticed the neighbors yard looking well kept.
Thanks so much! I love making curves where I can
🥰🍀🌸🌹
We do have an HOA, but there not really anything about landscaping, it's just the neighborhood. 😉🌿🌼💐
🌳🌿🪴🌸BEAUTIFUL 🌸🪴🌿🌳
Love the no narration relaxing music garden tour 😊❤️
Lovely Soleil 🌺💚🙃
Enjoying a cup of coffee while watching your video. Very inspiring. What is the plants under the front tree @ 19.37 minutes through the video?
Good morning, there is a gold edger hosta on the right and the large root Geranium on the left. Enjoy your coffee! 🥰🌿🏵💐
You’re about 3 weeks behind being north of me. Even my echinacea and Russian sage are fading fast.
Oh, you are well on your way into fall there! 🙃🌾🌼🌸
I enjoyed this very much. I sat on my patio turned the music down (sorry) and listen to my pond and the birds. It was glorious! Thank you.
Anyway you enjoy it is 👍. Glad you liked it! 🥰🌷🌿🌺
Lovely garden tour.....did you audition the pollinators for their beautiful showy appearance?
They were definitely dancing around for us! 😉🪴🌼🌸
Beautiful Garden!!!!!!! Do you cut back your Hydrangea Trees???? Thank you.
I trim them very similarly to the shrubs, about a third in Late winter or early spring. 🥰🪴🌿🌾
Stunning! Thank you for sharing your beautiful garden.
Thanks for watching! 😍🌿⚘️💮
Very beautiful 🌹🌺🌸
Love the assortment of alliums. What kind are they? Trying to find ones that bloom in August not just spring.
The allium are millennium variety. They go for several weeks. 😍🌾🌷🌸
@@Suburbanoasis Thankyou. I will try to find some here.
Everything looks gorgeous! Love the blooms on that hibiscus!
Thank you, Sheryl, they are great bloomers! 😀🌿🌺🌷
Hi I’m a fairly new subscriber & I love the rocks & everything in your garden, my question is what are you going to do with the bricks that you have stacked up?
Due to my knee surgery I probably won't get to putting any of them down this year, but was going to use them in some of the pathways. 😍🌼🌿🪴
It looks beautiful!
I just noticed your spray painted black fence still looks great! It really makes a good backdrop for your garden
Thanks, Tina! And it was so simple. I still need to do the backside, but waiting on cooler weather. 😉🏵💐🌸
Soleil, can you tell us about your water features(fountains, etc.) Any solar? 💧
Curious in Wisconsin
None of them are solar, the electricity was run to the fountain area when I moved it, just needed a tune up and a working fountain. 😍🌿⚘️💮
Beautifully cared for. Thanks for the lovely tour with my 2nd cup of coffee.
I love garden tours with morning coffee too! 😍🌿🌷🌺
Your hostas & hydrangeas are absolutely gorgeous 👍🏻🤩
Just an idea Soleil, if you painted your wooden fence a dark charcoal it would really make all your land scapereally pop !! Your garden is sooo pretty!! Have a great day !
Thanks, Linda! I would definitely use a different color if I ever repaint the fence. 😉🌳💮🌼
Note color of house brick..
Absolutely stunning Soleil 💕 and how all your plants blend so beautifully together 🌸💕🌸
Thanks, Jasmine, I appreciate that! 🙃🌷🌸🌼
What do you have in your galvanized pot on stump - nasturtium and rhubarb? How do you winterized the rhubarb
This is the first year with this planter combo, but inplan to leave it as is over the winter and see what happens! 🙃🌺💐🌿
Your garden is beautiful. Here in zone 8b in Louisiana we are in a drought. It’s been so hot and dry, I’m just trying to keep everything alive. Hoping for cooler temps with rain soon. Thanks for sharing your garden with us.
Oh dear, sending the rain elves to Louisiana for you Melinda!! 😉🌿🌼🌸
We have had wonder rain all week!
It’s a shame we have such a short growing season here in Michigan 🌺💚🙃 We don’t get to enjoy our gardens very long 🌺💚🙃
So true, but I soak in as much of it while I can! A couple more months still!!😁🌻🏵🪴
So peaceful… love it. Really needed a quiet tour today. Thank you Soleil!
Everything looks so nice and tidy. I picked up a few rocks this week for my garden. Your a great inspiration!
😇🌿🪨💚🌳
Very cool, have fun placing the rocks! 🤗🌿🌷🌸
Enjoyed it very much, but love to hear your voice is so soothing, and your plant knowledge!
Your garden looks amazing!
Thanks for the feedback Maria! 🤗🌻🌼💮
Absolutely beautiful gardens! Thank you for this special treat. Sitting back and watching this video made my morning special. Thank you!
I am so happy it helped your morning along! 🥰🌺🌸🌿
Your gardens are sooooo beautiful.
Love your editing transitions. My garden is doing well. Glad the heat had subsided. Sometimes these videos with just music is so necessary and relaxing. Love that monarch on the phlox. Thanks for sharing. Lovely.
Thanks so much! My hubby did the editing so I will tell him! 🥰🪴🌼🌿
Soleil, everything in your gardens is so well taken care of and looks gorgeous! I loved seeing your garden visitors, butterflies, and bees (although one of them was sleeping on the job)! I think that the sleeping bumble bees are so darn cute, I just can't resist taking pictures of them. However, when I was young, I remember thinking that a sleeping bee had died... so naturally I picked it up! 🐝Now when I see them asleep, I just enjoy them without feeling the need to reach out and touch them. I hope you have a wonderful weekend! ~Margie😊💐🦋
They are so cute and bubbles are so fluffy it was so funny to see his little bee hind sticking out! I used to think they were dead too, but I like to think now they are just in pollen coma. 😄🍀🌼💐
Could you please tell me what the plant is, in the front of your yard, that has the blue berries?
Hi Gwen, those are Blue Muffin Viburnums! Took about 3 or 4 years for them to get good blooms and berries, but am glad I was patient! 🤩🍀🌼🌸
Where did you get your umbrella pool tables at or did you make them yourself?
Hi there, I got the elephant one from Frontgate online and the other was a clearance find at Target! 😀🌿🌷🌼
@@Suburbanoasis ahhh great finds! I will have to keep my eye out for something similar! Thanks✨🤍
Good Morning ☀️ your garden is absolutely stunning!!! I wish I had a fenced area so I could have some of the beautiful plants you have, without a fence everything would just be deer food. You have what looks to be a strawberry sundae hydrangea next to your deck behind the bench (beginners of the video), is it in the ground or in a pot and how much sun does it get, it is gorgeous? I bought 2 of them about a month ago and have them in pots on my patio to keep them away from the deer.
Hi, yes it is a strawberry sundae hydrangea and it is in the ground and I am so excited to see it growing well. Do you love yours too? It gets part sun to full sun. 🤗🌿⚘️🌺
What kind of hydrangea is next to your beautiful fountain ? Also do you have a vanilla strawberry hydrangea tree ? I am really wanting to get one .. I look so forward to your videos weekly ❤️ Thank You !!
Hi Lisa, I believe you are asking about the larger hydrangea which is a vanilla strawberry. I do not have a tree form of that one, but it would make a good one! 🥰🪴🏵⚘️
@@Suburbanoasis it’s beautiful. Thank you I’m excited to get one ..
Thank so much for putting this video together. Just what I needed for a Saturday morning after a long week. Please tell me the name of your liatris. Mine are from bulbs and the spikes are much longer and need to be staked. Yours have a shorter spike and I love the color and form. Please advise!! Thanks!
So glad you enjoyed it! The liatris I purchased is simply liatris spicata. It defibitely wants full sun to stand upright. Hope that helps! 🤩🌸💐🌳
How long has it taken you to grow your garden? 🌺💚🙃
I have been gardening in this space for about 15 years and it has gone through many changes! 😉🌼🏵💮
No don't paint your fence, it is beautiful just the way it is.
Why thank you, Carol! It's going to have to be that way for a while as I don't have the funds to do it anyway. 😉💚🪴🌸
Do your hydrangeas get a lot of sun? Mine just didn't do good this year. Your garden is stunning. I have a lot of purple pink phlox in my yard.
Hi Paula, yes most of my hydrangeas are in full sun, only a few in part sun or part shade. Sorry yours have not done well, but it was also a dry summer and they do need water. Phlox is so beautiful! 🙃🪴🌹⚘️
Does your husband help with the garden?
He mows the lawn and does the edging around the garden beds and heavy pruning that requires a big chainsaw of digging that requires a little more muscle for big roots! 🤩🍀🌷💮
