Picking on the vulnerable yet again. Yet pineapples who have paid nothing into the system get everything provided. MPs get heating allowance despite earning a good wage. Prices of everything increasing. Makes me so angry that people through no fault of their own with disabilities are targetted yet again.

I am disabled & I am absolutely terrified of losing my benefits if my disability benefits are stopped I may as well not be here anymore, if I was prime minister I would make sure that old people were well looked after financially & also make sure that disabled people would be ok financially & get all the help they need. All the governments money is being wasted on immigrants & immigrant hotels were they are made sure they live a life of luxury I would close down immigrant hotels & boot out of the country all the immigrants & as soon as they arrive at the boarder make sure they do not step in the uk other countries are doing it we need to get rid of Starmer asap

I have a PIP assessment in 2 weeks with an agency. I went on their website and watched a video about it. Imagine my surprise when the person introducing it mentioned about needing an interpreter, for several, to me, unrecognisable languages. Which made me wonder (a) why are people unable to speak English able to claim pip and (b) how much are these interpreters bring paid by the DWP.
We do however the information is not available online because they tend to hide the information even with a freedom of information request. They like to run around the facts and hide but believe me it’s in the millions every week.

2015, lost my leg, applied for PIP, got PIP enhanced rate, went back to work, 18 months later I'm unemployed from a job of 16 years because Ian Duncan Smith who was DWP dictator at the time, did his purge, took away my entitlement and mobility car that got me back to work. 2 years later, I get my full entitlement back, no reasons given other than from discovering elsewhere, they'd be caught out and told to correct their mistake pronto through the high court. I was never backdated for the 2 years that they stole from me in their heist.

They don’t do common sense. Anyone with proper medical training could easily weigh through thousands of claims where an assessment would be of absolutely no use. Instead the vulnerable in our society are tortured and made to feel inferior
I think that'll be one of the things they'll do. It's already been done for UC/ESA, so it'd make sense for PIP. I said earlier that I think this will fall on mental health concerns more than anything else. One thing to remember is that any changes to benefit entitlement/payments will have to go through consultations, legislation, will need setting up, and will need trial runs. So they're not likely to be (and I'm being generous here) within the next year. You'd expect them to take much longer, and go through the "new claims only" process at first. Aside from the moral reasons, backlash from the public, splits within the party that could massively erode their majority, and opposition from charities, lawyers, and human rights groups, a quick Google search will let you know they can't change benefits at a whim. My prediction would be it'd take that long to do, another government would be voted in with their change ideas that they'd never get a chance to enact either.

I'm still traumatised by the hassle I had with the DWP I'm terrified every time a letter comes through my door incase its them and I've had a stroke and heart and many other health issues and in and out of hospital due to epilepsy and falling on my butt.
Bankrolling 4 star hotels, war etc, but If you struggle to live in your own country, it feels again like we are deemed unworthy. Not just a choice best of eat, with chronic pain it's eat or wash! Hidden disabilites,or conditions that vary day to day are not believed by those without lived experiences, but with all the power. It's a truely messed up world.

If they cut my Mobility PIP I still won’t be able to work, I’ll be less independent, I’ll still be disabled, if they cut other benefits unless I work - I’ll lose my house , won’t be able to eat, end up in even more debt, I’ll still be disabled, I’ll still have all the same daily pain, conditions and issues I have now, just a few thoughts, I was working before collapsing at work, a physically demanding trade, changed jobs, not physical but office based, collapsed at work again, I left school at 16 got a trade, worked for 40 years paid N,I tax, now I need some help back in return it could be cut for cost saving measures. Labour can and probably will makes cuts/changes but it WONT change the fact I’ll still be disabled just even worse off than my meagre existence I have at the moment, I’m not living a life, I’m just existing, sometimes I wonder “what’s the point”
I'm disabled and I hate it, I worked and loved earning my keep, I have multiple degenerative disc disease, facet joint hydrophy, arthritis, tarlov cysts, really bad raynads , fibromyalgia, muscle wasting ,spinal stenosis, I take a ridiculous amount of pain meds, including oromoph, 10mli every 2/4 hours, snd still struggle, my problems are from being beaten, by my mother and bullies at school, I slsl have autism snd thanks to people severe social anxiety, this news is really bad, if I don't heat my home to 20 degreas I could lose fingers and toes, and possibly my hands, I hardly go out in winter, how are people like me supposed to work,

If memory serves one commentator or government minister said that people on disability get around £23,000 a year. This may be true for a few where housing benefit is included and where the rent is particularly high. However, he failed to mention that it cost £41,000 a year for every illegal migrant who get, I understand £1600 a month no questions asked, housed in hotels or council houses, fed, mobile phones, dental and health care, priority for hospital visits and procedures - that's official acording to 'Blackbelt Barrister' So last year alone we had 39,000 illegal immigrants which brings the bill for last year alone to 1 billion and 599 million ... so nearly 1.6 billion with no hint that they are going to be cut. What will be very interesting to see is if the disability benefits are cut for our British citizens, will they be cut for the illegal migrants!
Any1 who wasn't born here and hasn't paid into the system should not be entitled to a fukin single penny in benefits in the UK its as simple as that! What's happening in this country and across Europe+America is by design and is deliberately being forced upon us so that they can eventually offer a way out somewhere down the line which will include digital ID's,facial recognition, vaccine passports,CBDC's and an overall Social Credit System almost identical to China's model where by they will have absolute total control over our behaviour, what we buy,what we can spend our money on,what we can eat,how long the money/CBDC's last for,so basically the funds only last for a certain amount of time,our social credit score with be attached to our social media accounts and if we post or say something to upset the government etc then because they have total control over our finances then they can fine us for our out bursts or our bad behaviour (going by what they see fit to do and say)....and there's many many more rules+regulations included into our social credit score and its going to be an absolute nightmare believe me! Very clever aren't they. They want people off PIP benefits and back in to work. Can someone from the government kindly tell me how, people who rely on a disability car to get around can accheive this, if they take their car and PIP away from them, totally insane!
I've recently appealed to the tribunal after my PIP reassessment in 2024 - since this government came in - that decided (i) I was no longer entitled to the daily living component and (ii) despite my degenerative condition, I can now walk more than 200 metres whenever I need (despite a tribunal deciding the opposite in 2021). I think the DWP are just kicking the can down the road until they move the goalposts...
I had universal credit and housing benefit completely stopped without warning last December just before Christmas. Thankfully, however I have a wonderful family who are supporting me currently during these hard times. What is sad however is that there's many more people out there also struggling at the moment including one of my closest friends and he struggles to pay bills and he is currently relying on having to go to food bank because he doesn't have any support socially from his family and that and he doesn't get much money. I feel like the government are trying to make cutbacks all the time and trying to save money by penalizing and taking money away from those who are disabled, the elderly and vulnerable. My grandma as well didn't get a winter fuel payment and she's had money taken from her as well even though she has always worked really hard throughout her life and it was heartbreaking to visit her on boxing day and her house was freezing because she can't afford to keep warm and put on the heating.
I was talking to someone whose child as an adult got cancer got treatment and eventually lost his job as his employer classed him as a health and safety hazards. This is the trouble with the Equality 2010 Act it’s supposed to protect the disabled but Health and Safety overrides the Act.

It might be called personal INDEPENDENCE payment but as soon as the DWP see that you are able to live an "independent" life - be that through use of the Motability vehicle or otherwise - they stop it.
As people get older with more health issues forcing them out of work due to their health, then more people will be claiming disability benefits by 2029. However, at the same time, the more people who are aware about claiming and the more people there are in the UK then the bill will go up. It's possible they could slash the bill by improving waiting times for NHS treatments but as we all know by now not all treatments are effective resulting in people returning to work.
I know people who are physically fit, but are claiming PIP for mental health reasons and still get a car. I have COPD, asthma and mental health issues and I don't get a car or PIP. I can hardly walk up the stairs never mind the shops. But I admit disabled people don't live in 4 star hotels, if you know what I mean.
My son has mental health issues and he would never leave the house if we didn't have a motability car. It really pisses me off when people with a physical disability look down on people with mental health problems.
I wonder how many of the "pineapples" are claiming PIP due to mental health. The "pineapples" are just going to increase. They've not paid anything into the system but get their rewards. It absolutely stinks. I'm sure i read they're allowed to remain in the UK after being here 5 years - could be wrong. Can they then bring the rest of their families into the UK too?

This is old news. Welcome to the world of someone like myself. Sick all my life but very bad since 1982. I didn't claim a penny (worked part time reducing my work every year until I was just working from home part time). I'd been ill a long time until my LA got me to claim DLA. The condition is untreatable, incurable but awards would only last for between 1 year and 2 years...and I'd go through the whole process, go through tribunals...on and on...until I couldn't fight anymore (this was before the ATOS days). It wasn't because I didn't qualify and I had consultants backing me up. One time I was told at tribunal I was "too ill to be believed". Didn't stop until lockdowns. This is their old tricks. We've seen it doesn't save money and we've seen it can cost lives.
It might be wise whilst people are still recieving their benefits to begin stocking up on toiletries, and foods that have a long lasting shelf life. It's scary, is all these cuts will do is increase pressure on other organisations such as the NHS, police etc. people's health will suffer more, thru fear if nothing else, the crime rate will dramatically rise too. What a sad country we now live in.
That’s what I told the DWP. Get them off the benefit to save money. Yes I have a recording from A DWP person when I questioned why they were asking if I can drive. He said that pensioners were better drivers than disabled people as they have had longer driving experience. So I pointed out about the crash Prince Philip was in and he went quiet.
Yes so like no disrespect to pensioners but they are the worst drivers imaginable. I’ve seen countless number of accidents because as people grow old they’re just unable any longer to continue driving a vehicle like if I was that age I would agree and just stop my grandad did the same thing he said it wasn’t safe.

Then when I went to change into the left lane I indicated and he went to pull out in front again. He was doing 20 in a 50 zone. The trouble is they can self certify themselves on line to say they are fit to drive but ok checks are done. Yes they are some good pensioners who can drive well. But something needs to be done. My dad had continuous little smash’s bumps when I questioned him he denied it was his fault.

Me scares of losing pip I in a wheelchair can not walk I have hospital each week for tests scans treatments. This last week me been to a and e 3 times I have autism and panick on busses and it takes hospital transparent or an ambulance ages to get to you simply drive for me is way easier I am also on my own I have no one to help me but the payed care that i pay for as i can not do some basic things as of my disabilitys

Similar article in todays Daily Telegraph. It raises the increase in claims for disability payments since the pandemic. And highlights the increase in claims for anxiety, depression and other mental heath conditions. And goes on about cutting PIP or making it harder to claim…
Surely we would have a case with an HR lawyer, as this is being politically led, yet the Pineapples seem to have no problem getting funding for HR lawyers, Accommodation, food, drink, phones, spending money and the list goes on. We didn't ask to be disabled and at least we have paid into the system unlike some who are getting everything for free. I am a second class or maybe now a third class citizen (in my own chuffing country)

@ I wish i could send you part of the decision letter stating this. When I got the decision overturned I told the DWP that they were taking away peoples independence. I told them that they were going back to the Olden days where disabled people remained at home. Also told them that we have gone past those days and the disabled people have the right to be included in society.
Picking on disabled people is bang out of order. If i lose my car, then i lose my dependents 😢. Im on high rate mobility and low rate care. Things have gotten worse for me over the past few years . Not only my independence suffering but also my care too . I struggle to stand up. Im now needing a stick in my home. I struggle more with day to day living. Personally, care is getting harder for me, too . Im having to get my daughter to help me dress, make, and change my bed . Now they talk about mobility vehicles. That will mean i can no longer go visit my dad and disabled brother 😔. Mean, I'll be stuck in daily. Im practical in doors. I go see my dad every 2 weeks local to me . I go to the supermarket once a week with my daughter, take my vehicle away, that's 24/7 in doors

I think it would make a lot of people cut off from life, there are many other things like the ease of the hotels that are being used for free to newly landed people who are clearly wrecking these places, so they have either bought the hotels to host our un wanted guests ( in my opinion ) or to knock them down to then build new villages for the guests, this should never have started because they have all been given the green light which has allowed thousands of people here, or start with the wages of the members of parliament who waste public funds for wrong reasons or get taxes from people who choose to get out of paying full tax because they bank abroad unlike myself who paid tax on my mere 50k a year for my job before I became ill, or leave legit disabled people alone by cutting the staff who are in place to decide if a person is unwell when they get incentives to make a desperate disabled person fear if they can live with pride and without fear of loosing there small links to real life unlike the guests we now have. Record it I would advise you to do that. The assessor can lie. If they ask you if you can drive what type of car manual or automatic any restrictions on your licence. They can use your answer against you like they did for PIP and probably ESA as well.
No they will text you then send you a letter stating what time and date. You can also ask for a face to face if it’s easier for you. If you get a Neil Harrison becareful.
You would normally get a letter or a text message say when they’re going to call et cetera, but it has been known that they can call out of the blue and it’s a trick tactic to try and catch you up and make sure you’re prepared for the assessment as others have said I would strongly recommend you record it just to cover your backside if you can’t

Personally I'd move question 13 "Moving Around" to the Care Section of PIP. But, I'd also increase walking distances back to DLA levels. ESA needs to be at least that of a full weeks pay at the minimum wage. Currently existing on less than I was earning 20 years ago as a Retail Supervisor!

I am disabled & I am absolutely terrified of losing my benefits if my disability benefits are stopped I may as well not be here anymore, if I was prime minister I would make sure that old people were well looked after financially & also make sure that disabled people would be ok financially & get all the help they need. I have a PIP assessment in 2 weeks with an agency. I went on their website and watched a video about it. Imagine my surprise when the person introducing it mentioned about needing an interpreter, for several, to me, unrecognisable languages. Which made me wonder (a) why are people unable to speak English able to claim pip and (b) how much are these interpreters bring paid by the DWP.
More languages needed due to all the "pineapples" arriving and claiming.

2015, lost my leg, applied for PIP, got PIP enhanced rate, went back to work, 18 months later I'm unemployed from a job of 16 years because Ian Duncan Smith who was DWP dictator at the time, did his purge, took away my entitlement and mobility car that got me back to work. 2 years later, I get my full entitlement back, no reasons given other than from discovering elsewhere, they'd be caught out and told to correct their mistake pronto through the high court. I was never backdated for the 2 years that they stole from me in their heist.

They don’t do common sense. Anyone with proper medical training could easily weigh through thousands of claims where an assessment would be of absolutely no use. Instead the vulnerable in our society are tortured and made to feel inferior
I think that'll be one of the things they'll do. It's already been done for UC/ESA, so it'd make sense for PIP. I said earlier that I think this will fall on mental health concerns more than anything else.
One thing to remember is that any changes to benefit entitlement/payments will have to go through consultations, legislation, will need setting up, and will need trial runs. So they're not likely to be (and I'm being generous here) within the next year. You'd expect them to take much longer, and go through the "new claims only" process at first.
Aside from the moral reasons, backlash from the public, splits within the party that could massively erode their majority, and opposition from charities, lawyers, and human rights groups, a quick Google search will let you know they can't change benefits at a whim.
My prediction would be it'd take that long to do, another government would be voted in with their change ideas that they'd never get a chance to enact either.

If they cut my Mobility PIP I still won’t be able to work, I’ll be less independent, I’ll still be disabled, if they cut other benefits unless I work - I’ll lose my house , won’t be able to eat, end up in even more debt, I’ll still be disabled, I’ll still have all the same daily pain, conditions and issues I have now, just a few thoughts, I was working before collapsing at work, a physically demanding trade, changed jobs, not physical but office based, collapsed at work again, I left school at 16 got a trade, worked for 40 years paid N,I tax, now I need some help back in return it could be cut for cost saving measures. Labour can and probably will makes cuts/changes but it WONT change the fact I’ll still be disabled just even worse off than my meagre existence I have at the moment, I’m not living a life, I’m just existing, sometimes I wonder “what’s the point”

If memory serves one commentator or government minister said that people on disability get around £23,000 a year. This may be true for a few where housing benefit is included and where the rent is particularly high. However, he failed to mention that it cost £41,000 a year for every illegal migrant who get, I understand £1600 a month no questions asked, housed in hotels or council houses, fed, mobile phones, dental and health care, priority for hospital visits and procedures - that's official acording to 'Blackbelt Barrister' So last year alone we had 39,000 illegal immigrants which brings the bill for last year alone to 1 billion and 599 million ... so nearly 1.6 billion with no hint that they are going to be cut. What will be very interesting to see is if the disability benefits are cut for our British citizens, will they be cut for the illegal migrants!
Any1 who wasn't born here and hasn't paid into the system should not be entitled to a fukin single penny in benefits in the UK its as simple as that! What's happening in this country and across Europe+America is by design and is deliberately being forced upon us so that they can eventually offer a way out somewhere down the line which will include digital ID's,facial recognition, vaccine passports,CBDC's and an overall Social Credit System almost identical to China's model where by they will have absolute total control over our behaviour, what we buy,what we can spend our money on,what we can eat,how long the money/CBDC's last for,so basically the funds only last for a certain amount of time,our social credit score with be attached to our social media accounts and if we post or say something to upset the government etc then because they have total control over our finances then they can fine us for our out bursts or our bad behaviour (going by what they see fit to do and say)....and there's many many more rules+regulations included into our social credit score and its going to be an absolute nightmare believe me! I've recently appealed to the tribunal after my PIP reassessment in 2024 - since this government came in - that decided (i) I was no longer entitled to the daily living component and (ii) despite my degenerative condition, I can now walk more than 200 metres whenever I need (despite a tribunal deciding the opposite in 2021). I think the DWP are just kicking the can down the road until they move the goalposts...
I had universal credit and housing benefit completely stopped without warning last December just before Christmas. Thankfully, however I have a wonderful family who are supporting me currently during these hard times. What is sad however is that there's many more people out there also struggling at the moment including one of my closest friends and he struggles to pay bills and he is currently relying on having to go to food bank because he doesn't have any support socially from his family and that and he doesn't get much money. I feel like the government are trying to make cutbacks all the time and trying to save money by penalizing and taking money away from those who are disabled, the elderly and vulnerable. My grandma as well didn't get a winter fuel payment and she's had money taken from her as well even though she has always worked really hard throughout her life and it was heartbreaking to visit her on boxing day and her house was freezing because she can't afford to keep warm and put on the heating.
I was talking to someone whose child as an adult got cancer got treatment and eventually lost his job as his employer classed him as a health and safety hazards. This is the trouble with the Equality 2010 Act it’s supposed to protect the disabled but Health and Safety overrides the Act.

It might be called personal INDEPENDENCE payment but as soon as the DWP see that you are able to live an "independent" life - be that through use of the Motability vehicle or otherwise - they stop it.
As people get older with more health issues forcing them out of work due to their health, then more people will be claiming disability benefits by 2029. However, at the same time, the more people who are aware about claiming and the more people there are in the UK then the bill will go up. It's possible they could slash the bill by improving waiting times for NHS treatments but as we all know by now not all treatments are effective resulting in people returning to work.

I know people who are physically fit, but are claiming PIP for mental health reasons and still get a car. I have COPD, asthma and mental health issues and I don't get a car or PIP. I can hardly walk up the stairs never mind the shops. But I admit disabled people don't live in 4 star hotels, if you know what I mean.

This is old news. Welcome to the world of someone like myself. Sick all my life but very bad since 1982. I didn't claim a penny (worked part time reducing my work every year until I was just working from home part time). I'd been ill a long time until my LA got me to claim DLA. The condition is untreatable, incurable but awards would only last for between 1 year and 2 years...and I'd go through the whole process, go through tribunals...on and on...until I couldn't fight anymore (this was before the ATOS days). It wasn't because I didn't qualify and I had consultants backing me up. One time I was told at tribunal I was "too ill to be believed". Didn't stop until lockdowns. This is their old tricks. We've seen it doesn't save money and we've seen it can cost lives.
If anything, their old tricks actually lead to more people claiming disability.

It's scary, is all these cuts will do is increase pressure on other organisations such as the NHS, police etc. people's health will suffer more, thru fear if nothing else, the crime rate will dramatically rise too. That’s what I told the DWP. Get them off the benefit to save money. Yes I have a recording from A DWP person when I questioned why they were asking if I can drive. He said that pensioners were better drivers than disabled people as they have had longer driving experience. So I pointed out about the crash Prince Philip was in and he went quiet.
Yes so like no disrespect to pensioners but they are the worst drivers imaginable. I’ve seen countless number of accidents because as people grow old they’re just unable any longer to continue driving a vehicle like if I was that age I would agree and just stop my grandad did the same thing he said it wasn’t safe.
@@DynamicDuoUK yeah I’ve been put I was in the correct lane and a pensioner pulled straight out in front of me. Then when I went to change into the left lane I indicated and he went to pull out in front again. He was doing 20 in a 50 zone. The trouble is they can self certify themselves on line to say they are fit to drive but ok checks are done. Yes they are some good pensioners who can drive well. But something needs to be done. My dad had continuous little smash’s bumps when I questioned him he denied it was his fault.
Not judging it till I get facts .my pip end date was November 2023 .bring assessed. They said if no harm anything it carry on gof another year .I'm 65 this year .had hear failure damaged heart on borrowed time .I just want it carry on till my retirement now 67 .gone up again .going up 70 .I be dead by then .I'm just hoping 🙏 they leave me alone .now .stress pressure I no can cope .I get no help with heating .but need it on as my condition causes me to be cold .wrong again hitting disabled .iv worked all my life paid in system .now I can't .

Me scares of losing pip I in a wheelchair can not walk I have hospital each week for tests scans treatments. This last week me been to a and e 3 times I have autism and panick on busses and it takes hospital transparent or an ambulance ages to get to you simply drive for me is way easier I am also on my own I have no one to help me but the payed care that i pay for as i can not do some basic things as of my disabilitys

Similar article in todays Daily Telegraph. It raises the increase in claims for disability payments since the pandemic. And highlights the increase in claims for anxiety, depression and other mental heath conditions. And goes on about cutting PIP or making it harder to claim…
Surely we would have a case with an HR lawyer, as this is being politically led, yet the Pineapples seem to have no problem getting funding for HR lawyers, Accommodation, food, drink, phones, spending money and the list goes on.
We didn't ask to be disabled and at least we have paid into the system unlike some who are getting everything for free.

Over the time I have claimed dwp and then pip they have took my car i got so sick of it as I always won it back in court I got a car when I was given the money for moving over to pip

@ I wish i could send you part of the decision letter stating this. When I got the decision overturned I told the DWP that they were taking away peoples independence. I told them that they were going back to the Olden days where disabled people remained at home. Also told them that we have gone past those days and the disabled people have the right to be included in society.

Picking on disabled people is bang out of order. If i lose my car, then i lose my dependents 😢. Im on high rate mobility and low rate care. Things have gotten worse for me over the past few years . Not only my independence suffering but also my care too . I struggle to stand up. Im now needing a stick in my home. I struggle more with day to day living. Personally, care is getting harder for me, too . Im having to get my daughter to help me dress, make, and change my bed . Now they talk about mobility vehicles. That will mean i can no longer go visit my dad and disabled brother 😔. Mean, I'll be stuck in daily. Im practical in doors. I go see my dad every 2 weeks local to me . I go to the supermarket once a week with my daughter, take my vehicle away, that's 24/7 in doors

I think it would make a lot of people cut off from life, there are many other things like the ease of the hotels that are being used for free to newly landed people who are clearly wrecking these places, so they have either bought the hotels to host our un wanted guests ( in my opinion ) or to knock them down to then build new villages for the guests, this should never have started because they have all been given the green light which has allowed thousands of people here, or start with the wages of the members of parliament who waste public funds for wrong reasons or get taxes from people who choose to get out of paying full tax because they bank abroad unlike myself who paid tax on my mere 50k a year for my job before I became ill, or leave legit disabled people alone by cutting the staff who are in place to decide if a person is unwell when they get incentives to make a desperate disabled person fear if they can live with pride and without fear of loosing there small links to real life unlike the guests we now have. Taking the piss.

Hi mate, I’m expecting an assessment and I’m pretty sure it’s by phone. They tried calling me yesterday but I missed the call even though I told them to ring my house not mobile. Will they call back and do they normally ring out the blue?
Record it I would advise you to do that. The assessor can lie. If they ask you if you can drive what type of car manual or automatic any restrictions on your licence. They can use your answer against you like they did for PIP and probably ESA as well.
No they will text you then send you a letter stating what time and date. You can also ask for a face to face if it’s easier for you. If you get a Neil Harrison becareful.
You would normally get a letter or a text message say when they’re going to call et cetera, but it has been known that they can call out of the blue and it’s a trick tactic to try and catch you up and make sure you’re prepared for the assessment as others have said I would strongly recommend you record it just to cover your backside if you can’t

I’m on the Isle of Wight so I don’t know if they have an office here, I’m guessing they probably do. It just caught me off guard which I suppose was the point, but I get bad signal which is why I asked them to call my house phone. Hopefully they’ll try calling again Monday.

Personally I'd move question 13 "Moving Around" to the Care Section of PIP. But, I'd also increase walking distances back to DLA levels.
ESA needs to be at least that of a full weeks pay at the minimum wage. Currently existing on less than I was earning 20 years ago as a Retail Supervisor!

What they should be doing is asking people for proof of disability, ie.Surgeons letter, all history of you’re disability, because at the moment they take you’re word for it, which is wrong,
I've been turned down for it even WITH consultant's letters. I've never had my word taken for it.
