I bought a Cintiq Pro 32 with the Wacom ergo arm and am still loving it, mainly for its size and bezzle. I saw the Wacom Cintiq Pro 27 on display in Japan and tbh I loved the 120hz refresh rate which is double what the Cintiq Pro 32 has, but everything else was kind of meh to me. I like how the pen was customizable, but I did not like not having an eraser at the end of my pen which I do use frequently. Overall, if I did not own the Cintiq Pro 32, I would have bought the Cintiq Pro 27,which I am hoping it does not have screen burn like my Cintiq. I mean, even after sending my unit in for screen burn repair like twice a year since I bought it, it's no wonder they removed it from the stores.

I'm surprised that people use the eraser on digital pens, since it seems kind of cumbersome to flip the pen over to erase every time, compared with hitting a hotkey with your non-dominant hand. Why do you do it that way? (I'm not critisizing it, just interested in why some people prefer to flip the pen over?)

@@tested211 Maybe they're just used to it from working traditionally, that was the case for me. Took a while to get used to hitting the hotkey for eraser.

This ain't a 3500 dollar device they removed you know the stand that this thing requires which they sell for an additional 500 dollars

This monitor cost more than a 4080ti (or two 4080 in sli). A 4080ti has way more technology going into it than this monitor. For the price it's a complete rip off.

I will never buy these. They are way too expensive. Even me who get VAT off and 50% reduction in price through tax write off will NEVER buy them. They are far too expensive for what they offer.

After I plopped down 2g's for the 24 cintiq pro I am a bit hesitant with these anti glare coatings. Even to this day, the rainbow kaleidescope of the anti glare coating on the cintiq pro 24 is annoying. I would rather have a glossy finish with no antiglare.

The finish on the new 27 is much better. I didn't notice any rainbow effect on it (I did notice it with the 24)

I feel jealous. Previously there was no money to buy it, but now having money you can’t buy it in my country. Life has a merciful sense of humor

Thanks for the video. I'm seriously considering going for one of these. Just wondering about the fan noise? I've read reports that it's loud (and some that it's fine...) what is your experience, please? I have a very quiet home studio so fan noise is quite obvious here...

There is some fan noise but I don’t find it an issue…. I had an old Wacom screen that was much louder. I returned that one due to noise.

It's a beautiful screen. I didn't like the new design of the pencil, it's kind of weird, like unfinished or something... I still think the device itself is kind of ugly, i mean, the design is odd, but I have to say, it's more solid and less fragile that the previous cintiq pro. Congratulations for your purchase. Enjoy!

Personally I'm not impressed with the surfeit of cables in the box - it would be far better to only include the usb-c cable and reduce the cost of the product account for less production costs in supplying all the other cables which you could purchase separately or may well already own, this would also be a better solution environmentally. Anyone buying a 3k pen display is pretty likely to have a machine with a usb-c port in it by now.

Thanks a lot for this run-through of the software. That's so cool. I got a refurbished unit from WACOM coming on Sunday. It's so nice to be looking forward to having the best that will likely stay that way for years to come.

Yes, I bought one(arriving soon) and that's why am watching this, trying to figure out how necessary is the stand, btw liked the video 👍

What do you think of it? (I'm thinking of ordering one) Stand / arm is critical for Cintiq's IMO, since ergonomics is the most difficult thing about using them.
