@@chrisbaileymoralisweb3399 hahaha maybe a youtube #shorts could be worthy. I think that like firebase is not for all kind of projects, Moralis may not be for every type of web3 project either.
@@chrisbaileymoralisweb3399That's true. But since it only runs by a few private companies. What if they decide to shut it down? Woundn't that cripple the whole network since no one else runs it because it is just too big.
@@feiwhang It's an interesting debate, but one which can't really be condensed into a YT comment. The TLDR is: any person can run a node. But to run a fully syncd index of the entire blockchain may be prohibitive for many regular users unless they want to spend months building it.
Ethers looks like a much needed improvement, the typescript support is a major plus. I’ll likely go with it.
nice to see the careers plug .. i watched this and felt like i kneew what he was talking about ... im learning good!!!
Don't know about you but the buildup to 13:00 gave me goosebumps 😂
Recently worked with web3js eventually switched to ethers JS just for the documentation and more information
Thbaks for the nice tutorial. One of the reason to join the academy
Don’t miss out on ELA Elastos the future of web3!
I use moralis for my web3 needs, and thirdweb to easily mint an nft onto open sea
Great content, thank you.

What if you want to launch a token with your Dapp? Does Moralis have features for this as well?

11:11 - Hoezaay...
Web3 n ether is free ,
But Is moralis free ?
it's a sales pitch for moralis, that's why so much emphasis on how hard it is to build a backend
@@adityamittal4357 cannot understand , just let us know if free or paid
@@pankajjoshi8292 It's paid.
10:15 Then what's the point of crypto. It's not decentralized anymore cause you have to go through so many layers of centralized company.
Processing blockchain data doesn't change the state on the blockchain.

@@chrisbaileymoralisweb3399 Thank you for the reply. I really like the idea of decentralization but I think we're still far from ideal.
"Unfortunately, Moralis does not accept payment in cryptocurrencies at the moment". 🤣🤣 big fail. 13 years ago you can even buy pizza.
