I had an amazing experience I was moving through places quickly but I was meditating each place I had someone there never met he was taking me through but it was like we were connecting moving with every beat first time iv experienced anything like this was amazing did blow my mind when I came back.
So I have been on this meditation journey with the Honest Guys for about 2 years and they have always managed to blow my expectations with every session I taken depending the day and time however last night was something special. I put my headphones and felt the power of the Shamanic drums. Thank you 🙏 Guys for everything you do. I adore the honest guys I listen every night the only struggle I have is which one to pick 😂 my favourite is the haven series I hope there’ll be more I also love the dream before Christmas! My comment tonight though or rather question is I listened to the shaman drumming accidentally on auto play I awoke from a nightmare which I can’t explain but felt so real, I discarded the idea it was thus particular one however I’ve tried to listen several times now and I feel so uneasy has this happened to anyone else with this particular meditation? Obviously I won’t listen to it again, but I’d love some feedback
Shamanic journeying is something you should only do if you absolutely want to. I’ve had no trouble with it, and find drumming soothing, but if anything makes you feel uneasy, then simply don’t do it.
