Sir all the topics are well explained but can you please tell about the difference between truncate and drop function because both are DDL statement and both will delete the table and cannot rollback then why it has both name?

Truncate is a DDL command whereas Delete is a DML command
Similarly , truncate will delete entire data in the table whereas delete command can Delete entire data as well as partial data using Where clause
In Truncate rollback can't be achieved whereas in Delete we can rollback
Truncate will not delete the column names. It is like having a blue print of the table with no data in it. Drop will delete the whole table. After Truncate, you can still view the table. But no data will be there. After Drop, you cannot view the table. It will be gone forever.
