A lotta shots he took vs the rockets were all off the dribble
Curry needs the ball in his hands more
Steve is just using him as a decoy the get his teammates going which is taking him out of rhythm a lil bit
I think he'll be ready come playoffs when the rotations becomes tighter
I don't know about the MVP tho
Curry wants the ring more than any individual award at this stage in his career... take that from me
If he ends up with another MVP fine

Curry works hard for his shots and he has teammates who do their part each game day. It may not always be Curry leading on the stat sheet every game but anytime he's on the court, every action is centered on him, whether he's shooting it or not. Also, let's ask Ayesha if she's cooking some secret food for him...nice video man.

He's SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Great!!! It puts chills on your arm. Sometimes you just hold your head. Stephen Curry for me is a permanent smile generator. You just can't stop watching him. And can't stop being in absolute awe. We're so, so lucky to have him. Basketball's lucky to have him. I'm so glad that I'm here and not having to only witness him through highlights after retiring from the career. He's truly that much of a special gem. And then his personality makes it even better!

Curry worked out his body upper strength, legs and glutes at the same focusing at his fundamental skills dribbling, passing and shooting. Speed is not that needed anymore since he always get screens.
Curry went fundamental that is why basketball is easy to him.

  • @AnimeGamer0

I believe he’ll still be in the league another 7 years minimum. As long as his energy doesn’t drain completely out or receive a career-ending injury, he’ll have a longer career then most elite players. No matter how much he ages, he’ll always be able to shoot. The only thing affecting his longevity is his legs - because he has already put in a ton of mileage on them.
It’ll be crazy to think, that in the future, there might be another kid who watches Curry now and emulates and elevates what he does on the court and then surpasses that and takes that skill set first laid by Reggie Miller and takes it to a even higher level.

It's hard work and talent. How many players can shoot like Steph? If it's just hard work, JJ Riddick, Jason Kidd, Dirk, J. WIll and many others would be shooting as efficiently as Steph. He is literally on another Strata-sphere as a shooter. It's also that fact that his quick release is so fast that blockers are trying to anticipate the shot as they get shaken off.

Steph Curry is so good because he treats his skill set like an art form. It's something that he's developed over the years and he works on it every day to keep it sharp. I've never seen a guy practice the different difficult routines that he does every single game and I'm sure on every day off during the season to keep himself sharp. He might lose some of his speed going to the basket over the next few years but his shot should only get better. He's a really good athlete and a very small body and unless he gets injured again I see him going on to his late 30s.

  • @funkychicken2119

A part of me KNOwS Steph can play until 36-40. But let’s get real, if he retires, it’s because he wants to see his kids grow up. Tom Brady could still play a few more years but he hung it up this year and 8 think it’s because he wanted to be a dad for his kids. You can’t get these years back once your kids start hitting these milestones. First day in school, father daughter dance, son’s first soccer, basketball, little league games, school dances, etc. Steph has already accomplished so much, he has nothing left to prove. He’s going to want to attend sweet 16 parties and it will be family that will bring his career to an end and not the skill set diminishing.

His motor doesn't shut off. He's constantly moving. His defender's has to figure him out on the fly before someone screens for him. By that time, he creates a inch of space and launches a 3.

its about the mentality..there are some great players who relies on their skills.. but there are few who combines skills and mentality.. because what motivates you is what will manifest.. like kobe bryant..he has the motivation of a stone cold killer.. so whenever he steps on the court.. he knows he have skills and his mentality amplifies it and it results to a ferocious predator..westbrook have skills but he is feeding through personal game stats and not a legacy..there is big difference between record and legacy.
steph curry is both... record breaker and legacy builder. he knows how to play as a team and he sets goal for a team.. i think that separates a good player to a great player.. mentality...

as a curry and gsw fan... i wanted to prove you wrong on the first thing you said.
Because curry is awesome, but theres got to be guys 33 and older creating highlight plays weekly....
Thing is, appart from Mike conley and cp3 there is no starting guard over 33 playing great.
Mike conley does carry some weight @ jazz though, same as cp3 @ suns.
But the thing about curry remains, he might have bad streaks... but if you can pick from every player in the NBA and then make that player be HOT for 30 minutes....
as a guard youd pick curry, as a forward youd pick lebron, giannis, durant one of three, as a center youd want either jokic or embiid (KAT).
lebron and giannis for the 2way and inside dominance, durant for the imma shoot every god damn shot and sink it.
Jokic or embiid (KAT) because they are the 3 best centers who can excell in offense whilst still being able to defend 1-5.
But nobody picking another small player over curry for getting hot.

Such an easy answer to your question (without watching your video yet). He's not easy to guard 'cause he's got handles, shooting with a quick release, movement off and on the ball, and IQ. Period. He doesn't need blow by speed cause he'll shoot over you. If you jump at him, he drives by you. Simple sweet science of bball man.

Kids might have a better chance to imitate him, but the thing about Curry as is with any individual is that he's on his own assignment. He's not trying to play or imitate anyone. Sure there were greats he looked up to, but he is on his own program. It's savant-like. Muscle memory. Repetitive drilling. Players can coordinate their own, or imitate him, but because they aren't him, they won't be able to duplicate him.

Game changer just like bird and magic changed the game but steph actually totally changed how the game is played to me that byound everyone I grew up in the 90s the bulls but you had to be over 6 foot 5 to be great in those days no idea what size steph is but ge doesn't look 6/5 not often is the game totally changed because of a players skill the bulls changed the game because they started using the triangle but it wasn't because of Jordan's greatness who is the greatest player ever but he didn't change the way the game is played steph is a fricken genius the Eddie van Halen of b ball

He was just healthy on his age...no major injuries anything like that....that's why if you see some of the formers NBA players like vince carter at age of what 46? (not sure) n still be able to jump high n dunk that ball that what it is....that's why is very important to take care yourself physically mentality ecetera....cuz whatever that God's gave you since day you were born and got it messed up ....you can hear your doctor say you'll be ok after this and that but they cant never make it to the same as it was and that will change everything in you and worst part if it happend in your elder age ❤️

Steph , Kobe,MJ, these players have one thing in common. Watch them practice and realise you are fighting a practice ghost. Eg you know the Mario Kart ghost. You are battling his ghost when he playing you. It's like how they say Kobe was unstoppable but listen to them say how he was in practice. Same with Jordan. Watch people talk about him in practice and it's like oh... He's a true menace. They the type to sleep at the court wake up and go back to practice

Haven't watched the video yet but does having a shooting range of "somewhere inside the arena" have anything to do with it?
