My current theory on this video is Dunkey stumbled onto the OST for Intelligent Qube, realised it was insanely high quality for a block puzzle game and that it sounded suspiciously like the score to a 90s movie, he then thought of movie opening credit sequences and he thought of trains travelling to a destination so he spliced together 5 minutes of footage of trains.
Birds then ended up in there at some point probably because it's an easy way to mask cuts between different trains and because he felt like it
Did anyone else cry when watching this? Truly a masterpiece. The script alone will be talked about for eons to come.

This video is a really masterpiece, one of the best short movies ever created.
The video con be interpretated in different ways.
The trains: We start seeing some trains travelling through different landscapes, showing the beauty of life. The trains have dreams of travelling through different places, cities, and countries. They want to explore, but they are forced to go over and over through the same path. This path could be consider as our routine we repeat every day. Work is an example, nobody forces us to work, but we all know that's something we all should do. And why do we work? To have money to buy a house where to live, to have food to eat, yes of course, but for what more? We work, for money, for make our dreams reality. The dreams of this trains is to travel through the world, to explore, to do something interesting with their lifes, but they are force to their routine, they are forced to keep on working to support them selfs. The same happens with the trains, they want to be free, they want to explore the world, but they can't, they have to do their job of keeping traveling on their path.
As we can also see, the different type of trains represent the changes of the society, and how new generations are appearing with their own style.

I think that was the point.
Dunkey’s most emotional and thought-provoking videos ever. The beautiful imagery and music with the occasional comic relief from the funny birds ranks this video up with “Shawshank Redemption” and “Parasite”. What really ties it together is the hilarious sword fight seen between the two funny birds, one played by Jack Nicholson and the other by Dunkey himself, in which the cinematography and realistic environmental noises makes seem almost real instead of CGI.
Sadly, funny birds as well as trains are extinct now, but their legacy will live on in this video...
So sad that trains went extinct.... They were such a cool animal species

I really got the sense that I was watching an imminent collision between the forces of industry and nature. Human ingenuity, powerful, cutting a path through the terrain and weathering the brunt of nature's wrath, but baring down inevitably towards some colossal catastrophe as the birds look on in mute, fascinated horror. It's like I am the birds but the birds are watching me and I'm like "I didn't do it! I can't stop it!".
