The reason why Mkhwebsne never wins any case in court is coz her arguments are never based on facts and logic. At this point, she has not given any logical reason why her legal team is not with, but she thinks proceedings should stop and not go on coz her legal team is not there for whatever reason that has not been communicated to parliament. She seems to not understand that her having a legal team to represent her in the proceedings is her right, not the obligation of parliament. If she show up without her legal team, it is not even the job of chair to ask her why she did not bring her legal team coz that is her right and not the obligation of parliament. If she were in court, it would be the same, just that there the judge is obligated to ask her if wants legal representation or not. But parliament is not a court of law and they not obligated to ask if a person has a lawyer or wants a lawyer coz they carrying out parliamentary work, not court of law work.
